Perfect item. Arrived on time and driver helped me with it. It's probably the most comfortable mattress I've had . I opened it and left it acclimatise to the room for before use. Can't praise the product enough. Well worth the price which is very reasonable.
I would give zero if that was an option. The worst customer service ever. I bought a weighted blanket and the site said the removable bamboo cover was included with the blanket. Site also said the blanket itself was machine washable. The blanket arrived without the cover and the label stated handwash only. I contacted Emma and this led to 2 weeks back and forth including phone calls. I sent screenshots of what the site said so I assumed the cover would be sent. Not a chance. The best they could offer initially was for me to return for refund. As I was happy with the blanket and because of the environmental implications of returning the blanket for disposal I asked if it would not make more sense to just send the cover as advertised. The answer (eventually)was no. They suggested I buy the cover from the site but I discovered the cover can’t be purchased separately. When I told them that they didn’t respond. So I returned and ordered a blanket with cover from Polar night. Avoid this company at all costs. Not sure what Emma Ireland means as they are not based in Ireland. Just another example of this company lacking in integrity, honesty and decency. UPDATE following reply from Emma. I emailed and phoned countless times but met with either ‘sincere apologies for the delay’ with the reply or there is nothing we can do so return the blanket. I won’t be reaching out to them again as I don’t have time. I hate leaving negative reviews but on this occasion I wanted to warn others.
Ordered a mattress on the 28/11, they rescheuduled and reschuedled delivery again , still not received the mattress, no tracking information provided, you are unable to escalate directly to a manager or speak to anyone on the phone without huge wait times and they only give you compensation if you wait 14 WORKING days after missing a delivery window longer than a week! you need to be missing your order a FULL month. Should have stuck with Jysk or Ikea where you can collect directly. Just look how they copy paste their BS apologie script without actually reading your issue or attempting to fix. @ Bryan from Emma sleep; Do better or just quit your job man
