Review Time
I like the mattresses and pillows, but recently, I ordered 2 pillows from the website and accidentally sent them to the old address because the website remembered this from before. I immediately realised this and there was no way to cancel. I contacted someone through the chat and they told me it was too late to change the address and that the driver would contact me. I even questioned why the driver would contact me as this would not be the norm but he confirmed that the driver would. He never did and I had to organise to collect the pillows in the old house. It was unnecessary and there should have been an option to simply update the address or cancel the item.
Product quality is SHOCKING! They’ve changed their material and composition of the Emma original hybrid and there is just no comparison to the original model I purchased in 2021 and 2023. I bought a 3rd in 2025 and I’m offically not a returning anymore!
I didn't have a great experience. I received no message from the delivery company regarding the delivery time and was not at home when they arrived. This meant that they left the mattress box on my doorstep where it could easily have been stolen.While comfortable, when opened the mattress was very slow to expand and had still not quite opened to the stated size.
Love the mattress, however that’s all that has arrived out of a bundle with 4 other items. No customer service contact only through chat bot that couldn’t deal with a partial delivery. Tried contact via email and only response is that they are chasing logistics partner. No feedback at all from Emma on my missing items.
