My PT Molly. What can I say about her. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s taught me these last few months. My mindset shift of being defeated over a number to never caring less. I feel so confident in my body regardless of the scale. She’s made me realise my worth and potential goes so much further then a slab of metal that’s a basic reading. My soul,my drive my determination is what makes me beautiful. Molly and Emma of course have put together the best suited plan. I always hate referring to it as a ‘diet’ plan as that word had now been seen as negative to me in the fitness world. It’s NOT a diet. Well… in the way your thinking anyways. It’s a sustainable,enjoyable lifestyle change that I can take with me forever. Chocolate is still my best friend and always will be only difference is I won’t feel guilty for eating it. I can’t Thankyou enough Molly for inspiring me along my journey myself.💝
Empower is brilliant. The coaches are super supportive and never make you feel bad if you haven't stayed on plan.You learn so much about nutrition and exercise, it's 100% worth it!The meals are actually tasting and you're allowed carbs!You have to trust the process, if you don't stick to plan you won't see results.
Working with Emma and her team was a pleasure! I loved the tailored workouts and the meal plans offered a variety of delicious and easy recipes! It is easy to integrate everything into the daily routine. Also, Emma and her team just know how to motivate you and offer a lot of tips! If you are looking for a healthy approach to eating and working out, I would recommend the Empower program!
Joining Empower coaching is the best decision I have made! Not only do I have a much better relationship with food I don’t feel restricted in any way and I feel as though I can be more social without the guilty feeling the next day from “overindulging” x The coaches have brilliant advice, point out all the positives from what I would have classed as a “bad week” previously and have made me realise I’m am capable of so much more. I no longer feel like food controls me and have realised with the help of Empower that bad days are normal and not something to feel guilty about! The training has helped me so much to stick to a routine and actually enjoy the gym! I have gained so much more confidence in myself that I no longer feel intimidated by the gym and can look forward to my next session. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone!
I have tried to lose weight several times and every time I just picked up bad habits (like binging etc) so I wanted to try something different. The plan Emma and the team put together for me has helped shaped my mindset and I’ve ended up losing more weight than I could imagine. It’s not boring food like loads of other meal plans, so as a plus I’ve become a great cook too! Nothing was too much trouble and I’m very grateful. I’m so excited to go off and practice all the things I’ve learnt. Thank you!!
First things first, Emma is a lovely person and this is nothing against her or her team at all. It’s clear she is very hard working and has a passion for fitness and her business, this is just my honest experience. I spent about 5 months with empower in total. I set my goals to weight loss and I think in all honestly I was expecting a lot more to happen to my body than what did. Yes I had a few weeks where my calorie intake wasn’t perfect but in the whole 5 months I started at 56kg and ended at 57.5kg. I didn’t lose any weight at all. To the point I had to change my goals half way through because it was just so disheartening to see the scales stay static. I am not a newby to exercise or to the gym and I agree with other reviews that this programme/coaching is maybe for people who are or have no knowledge with macros. In all honestly I did a dieting phase at the start of the year eating more calories than I was put on with empower but training more HIIT style workouts (with weights included) and the weight was falling off me. I think in all honestly, the most I got out of it was just having someone there to hold me accountable and to ask how I was doing each week which I guess is really nice but not for £125 a month. I ended up having to leave 1. Because of the money, I couldn’t justify the amount I was spending anymore and 2. Because my circimstances have changed. I’m a shift worker working long days, nights weekends ect. It’s pretty much impossible to consistently, week after week, follow this plan. Once through a stint of nights when I explained that my sleep is pretty awful right now, I was advised to have regular naps during the day to help. I mean, how can you advise someone to have naps when 12.5 hours of the day they’re on their feet at work. I think at this point it was clear this program was not suitable for me anymore.Another side point, it’s made out that you talk to Emma through the app but at times I feel like there’s definitely other people replying to you. This is not made clear at all. It would have been nice to know who your conversing with through the phone whether it be emma or someone else. This sometimes became very confusing.
I’ve been a “gym goer” for as long as I can remember, But Emma and her team completely changed my outlook on training/nutrition! It’s no longer a chore but a please to go to the gym, i absolutely love empowers approach to training, I couldn’t recommend them more! I am so grateful for what they have taught me 🫶🏼 I really do feel empowered as a woman, who would’ve thought that I would be lifting such heavy weights at the gym!!!
Working with Emma has been a great experience! She tailors the plans to meet your goals and ensures you have lots of yummy recipes to choose from. The workouts are manageable and my results were amazing. I also never felt like it was too overwhelming or restrictive. If you are looking for an opportunity to create a balanced and healthy approach to eating/ working out, I would recommend this program!
What can I say about Empower…. Just WOW. I always assumed this kind of thing on instagram was made up and so for ages I would see the ads and swipe past them. I had been on a weight loss journey for 2 years but had hit a stale mate - I couldn’t lose anymore or tone, no matter what I did. I decided to give empower a go after following Emma for a while and OMG it was the best decision I ever made! The hardest part for me was always going to be my crazy social life, eating out and drinking a lot. But what Emma and her team did was build me a plan that would enable me to shed the extra fat I had that I wasn’t happy with, but not have to sacrifice any fun and I sacrificed a single social occasion. I’ve gone from eating 1400 calories a day, gym 4 times a week with no progress, to 1600 calories a day, structured gym with no cardio 4 times a week, half a stone of FAT lost, 20CM of fat lost and eating more delicious food than I ever have before and still enjoying weekly nights out with alcohol and 2-3 course dinners. They have given me the ability, knowledge and mindset to make this my lifestyle for the rest of my life. But most importantly the confidence and happiness from liking my body finally is the best achievement of all. Thank you to empower for getting me out of a rut, best money I’ve ever spent and I would/do recommend them to everyone I know lol. These girls can change your life and are there for you every step of the way, just trust the process and put your all into it and COMMIT, let them educate you, do your steps, do your work outs, eat the amazing food they are going to give you and you will look and feel amazing in a matter of months.
