What’s the story with repairs

What’s the story with repairs. My AirMini has a problem and you guys referred me to the retailer. They said to take it up with you. I seem to be caught in the middle. Have loved the convenience and portability of the product but it has developed a weird whine after it has been operational for a period of time. Have checked all connections, filters, etc. Restarts quietly but then does its whining thing. Thank in advance for your help.

Great machine with immediate positive impact on my sleep quality. I have two machines, one for home, one for travel. It is disappointing that the joint or combined monitoring cannot happen for the user. I hope this can be remedied.

Ordering Easy, need better invoice

Ordering was not hard , made downloading prescription easy.Need to send an actual one page invoice along with the product so it's easier to turn into HRA account.
