Great customer service/Great products!!

Since the mid-1970s, I have been using Tommee Tippee products for my children. In the early 2000's my grandchildren began, and I still always purchase TT products for them. My children and my grandchildren have each had unique physical situations that required special products, and I have been able to find my/our needs with TT. Good, lasting products that make me smile! Recently I was in dire need of finding a specific nipple for my last grandchild, however I could not locate them anywhere, well not within a price under $100 (yes ridiculous I know!). After an exhausting search, I contacted TT directly. The rep was VERY helpful and understanding, within minutes I had found what I needed....and I will be receiving the product I need shortly!! And the company is providing me with what I need without charge!!! Who does this any more? A company that stands by good old fashion (yet modern) business ethics!! Amazing!!I am EXTREMELY thankful for the wonderful customer service, and for such an excellent, supportive company!! Many blessings to all!! BIG Nana hugs to all! ;)

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their product did not work at all and they refused to give any kind of solution. They refused a refund and refused to send a new product.

Travel CPAP replacement

I needed a travel Cpap to replace the one I had. I had a short timeframe before I left. Everyone worked to get me a system to use traveling and again after return when I had some fit problems witht eh mask everyone I talked to worked to solve the problem quicklyu. Well done to all.

Outstanding Customer Service! Ben was amazing!!

Customer service agent that I spoke to was actually based out of the UK as is the company, his name was Ben. He was absolutely amazing! He was so very polite, had a great sense of humor, answered all of my questions and got me the help that I needed. He worked very efficiently as did the company I love it was taken care of less than an hour from the time I originally got in touch with customer service via online chat! Usually something like that doesn't happen in the United States, most of the time I find myself having to wait hours if not days for a call back only to have missed it once they finally do call back. Gave me a whole new respect for this company and he truly made me feel that I was a valued customer.

I sent an email and never was contacted back. I am very sad because my boys have loved these products, but it makes me not want to buy from them if they are not willing to respond and assist me.

Much appreciate the responsiveness of ResMed's Customer Service Team. They always got back with me as promised. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. There was a minor issue in coordination with the Medical Office for a prescription and your team cleared it up quickly.
