I bought the humid x for my f20 mask for my travel cpap and noticed no difference from not having disc at all

No one following up.

The prescription for a mini CPAP was faxed to Resmed 3 or 4 times but they said they ha don’t received. Finally I called Resmed and said I had a confirmation # for all the faxes, and that the prescription had to be in their office. Later that day they said they had received it. It was several days later that the CPAP machine was shipped. No one seemed to want to be In charge of this mix up.

Excellent experience with Air Mini

Wow! I experienced efficient, professional, and quick customer service when ordering my new Air Mini, received it and all its parts just a couple of days later, then took it with me to the dry Middle East where it worked like a charm! I was super glad I had it and really appreciated it’s small size and quiet hum that my roommate swore she couldn’t hear. I would definitely recommend this machine for travel!

Great customer service

The chat feature was easy to use and the customer service representative was able to help me get the replacement parts I needed ordered. So far I have really liked the Tommee Tippee products, from the bottles, to the double breast pump, and the service! I just wish there was an option to order additional breast pumps parts, like the body, horn, cup, etc, so that when I’m washing and sanitizing 1set, I can use the backup set. I don’t want to have to buy a whole extra double breast pump set, as the motor works for multiple uses before it needs to be charged.

Still never received products

Still never received products. That was weeks ago. Someone responded to my review saying It was processed the end on march when I was Told It would be sent weeks ago, still no product. Still no response from company.

Did not solve the problem

Did not solve the problem. And keep having me try more things, but nothing works. I’m extremely disappointed in the product and spent almost $300 for something that does not work.
