Last time I purchased tommee tippee on Amazon I thought I was buying the purple and orange sippy cup but got the grey and teal one.I’m looking specifically for female gender specific 6-18m pacifiers. I really like your mini. Once I got it set up it's very easy to use and very reliable. Of course I can find things wrong. So remember you got a 98% good as you read the rest of this. It just didn't feed data to my dr. And I couldn't figure out why. Finally Someone came and set up the app on my iPhone, the note works great. More paper with directions on how to set up the app would help. I use the little filters that work is humidifiers in the mask. Create a better name, you will be a unique name to identify these. It's very hard to find because the name of the filter and the mask cause the same.Thank you for a good product.
Seems to be causing allergic reactions to some folks. Looking at blogs many people are having the same issue. Spent $1000 on a machine I can’t use. Contacted ResMed and they could care less. Originally looked for blogs about allergies and didn’t see anything so I didn’t want to believe it was the machine. Had it a year now and used it 3 times. Every time I end up having to buy allergy medicine. My next step is to contact the FDA to get them to look into it. It won’t get my money back but may save others from this machine.
Slow to get a hold of anyone. Basically I was I received an email saying if you have a problem call this number. When I called, waited, nobody could help me and they said somebody would call me back. They called once when I was on the line with somebody else and never heard anything further.
Good support team, would’ve been five stars but felt after spending $1100 on my mini and a standard hose was making me sick with sinusitis, sinus infections, misery up my nose. I had to spend another $220 for a full face mask to avoid the cold rushing air up my nose
