Review Time
I honestly never dealt with customer service, as bad as yours. I take time to write you, then when you finally reply, you ask for more information. I sent it right away!! And it has been 3 weeks and no one did NOTHING with this information. I kept following up, but all I got is my message being forwarded to me twice (like a little child playing with his mom’s phone!). Then you finally asked another question, which you supposed to know the answer from all the information I have (that I’m in Canada). And again, nothing else. Not sure why you’re sending me a request to review if my case is not closed (or is it, without a solution?!). You have A LOT to learn on how to serve customers!
After a year there is nothing they can do when the thermometer stops working. You’d think for $45 it would last more than a year. I asked for coupons since they were unable to send me a new one and they had none to give out. When I bought my new thermometer I went with a different brand.
So far, mostly good. The device is confusing- so I have utilized Utube to educate myself. I certainly don't like what the mask is doing to my face. Sometimes, my face is red and the mask also breaks down my facial muscles. Another issue is not related to the actual machine. Due to the fact that I have to physically sign tripsfor your shipments, I am never able to be home to sign for them and I made 2 trips to UPS to pick up and they were closed. So I gave up. Whatever, you sent me I never received.
Everything about the experience was good, save for one caveat. The products? Amazing. The service? Fantastic. The response/communication? Outstanding.The ONLY problem I have is that they don't ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. I live in Puerto Rico and had to spend a lot of money on shipping - as well as inconvenience a friend that lives in the mainland - in order to receive my very important, doctor-ordered medical device. So, it was more expensive to get AND I had to wait longer to receive it. United States citizens that don't live in the mainland shouldn't be discriminated against in this fashion - especially when it's considered "domestic shipping". If you live in the mainland, your experience will be fantastic! If not, it will be much more costly and difficult to receive.
