I am already a Air sense 10 CPAP user for almost an year now. When I ordered a second portable device (Air Mini) due to my frequent travel, the delivery team was insisting on more information on the prescription, I have already procured the earlier device with the same prescription from Canada. How can the rules be different? This conversation back and forth with my doctor's office and customer advocates delayed my order for almost 2 months. If the rules are different, it should be communicated before the payment is made. So that the customers can take a informed decision.
My son has a leaky cup and I went on fb messenger and explained what was going on and they wanted pictures fine I sent a picture and they wanted a short video showing the leak it was just too much it’s a bad leak to wear my sheets are soaked and the customer service were not helpful at all
My experience ordering my ResMed mini was great. The team was very helpful and professional. We had some challenges with my doctor and getting the prescription, but they hung in there with me, till we got it. I truly appreciate their patience.
The AirMini CPAP that I purchased (specifically the vent on the face mask) sounds like a wind tunnel when the CPAP is turned on. The mask fits fine. It is so loud that my husband cannot sleep with it on, even in another room. And I cannot sleep with it on. I emailed to see if there a problem with my equipment or a quieter mask and was told that I would get used to it. This is nothing I will ever "get used to". I have tried everything I can think of to make it quieter to no avail. I believe the CPAP (or mask) is somehow defective but it is essentially impossible to speak to customer support to get answers and the email was no help at all. I would never recommend this product to anyone else.
Having to get a prescription for a mask that has a limited life is silly. This isn’t medication or an invasive medical device.Also, when I called for information about this policy, your customer service line was overburdened and I gout transferred to your front desk. A promised callback never occurred. You don’t seem set up for an answering customer inquiries. The product price for the mask is also exorbitant. Your CPAP device is well-designed and dependable but the replacement pieces seem out of whack.
