I have been using the Res Med Mini for the past week in anticipation of my upcoming trip. I adjusted very quickly after only one nite. So far, I am very pleased and am especially happy with its compact size. This will eliminate the need for a separate carry on luggage.
Wonderful experience purchasing my mini n accessories! Shipped perfectly in time for my 2700 mile adventure helping family move across the States. I’m almost a week into using it n love it’s size n ease of setup and takedown. Worth every penny! Not sure if I’m okay with the mask but will see. The filter for moisture had a horrible odor but keeping it out in the open for days really helped. Now no odor so just air it out well. Love my holder as it’s worked great in a variety of places and the tube cover is awesome!!! Will use it with my home unit when back home. The travel case made going through airport TSA pain free! I’m glad I got this
I had significant issues getting ResMed to accept the prescription sent by my doctor. After several submittals from my doctor, I basically gave up. After about two months, a ResMed customer service rep, Janeil, contacted me and offered to help resolve my issue. I resubmitted my paperwork and low and behold, my ResMed mini shipped. I can’t thank Janeil enough for fixing this and she’s the only reason I gave a 3 instead of a 1. Btw, I was still getting emails that my prescription wasn’t sufficient even after mini was shipped.
It’s easy to buy a gun than buying a travel CPAP. They won’t honor my prescription because it did say lifetime use of CPAP. It takes almost a month to see my MD since the doctors office will not responds to the request for new prescriptions unless you see them.
