Arlo did it!

I wrote about missing invoice copys. We need theese i DK (by danish law).A little complicated to get, but they succeed. I would be really great if we just had the possibility to get our invoice copys, when we buy something.

Purchased the 2nd gen doorbell & after…

Purchased the 2nd gen doorbell & after 3 weeks the lens was all fogged up, you couldn’t see anything through the lens. Spoke with Amazon and was told to try and dry the fogged lens using a hairdryer on a medium setting. Asked to speak with a manager and l sent item back to Amazon, and got a replacement 18 days later. Yet had the 1st gen doorbell for 2yrs and never had a problem.

Absolutely awful app

Absolutely awful app. My phone is simply unable to connect to the camera when a visitor rings the bell. I was also unable to add extra users to the account.Extremely frustrating and disappointing.No help available on app or website either.Avoid

Think before buying

Cameras are good but fixings supplied are totally inadequate, I have had to buy two heavy duty supports. Also the XL cameras use 1% power per day, so 100 day life - not 2years - followed by a 7 hour charge per camera.Also these are not great at picking up wifi, so have had to buy a wifi extender. Given the additional costs, plus the need to by a membership to get most features make these cameras less good value.

Communicating with ARLO

I'm trying to contact ARLO whilst away in Canada, chatbot is useless, phone is expensive as they are really busy in the UK AT 11PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT !!, Er isn't email possible?, after much time wasted searching it appears not
