Arlo ultra 2

Bought arlo ultra 2 cameras to link to my system, software was a total nightmare and little insight/support available, managed eventually to get it to record locally BUT after 2 weeks it stopped recording and looks like have to pay subscription to get it back working, a swindle as far as I feel - best avoided

Useless app. Useless support. Avoid!

Had the cameras for over a year. All was fine with the free introductory subscription offer, but as soon as I started paying for a subscription, things went downhill. App crashes, cameras disconnecting, and now I've had no access to my account for 3½ weeks due to email verification issues. I'm receiving every other email from Arlo accept the verification code emails. When phoning their support line, expect to be on hold for at least an hour! And then 45 minutes of troubleshooting to still be left without access to my account. This has happened twice. Now I need to spend another hour on hold just to cancel my subscription and hopefully get a refund. Appalling service considering how expensive their tech and subscription is! Avoid!!

AVOID this company. Wish I'd checked trustpilot first.

You can NOT get access to support or after sales service from this company, by email or telephone. Literally hold on the phone for hours, and no answer. Email address bounces back. I have 4 camera's and want to subscribe to a multi camera deal as my trial period is over. The website account repeatedly tells me to "drag the cameras" into a chosen subscription, BUT there are no cameras showing, for me to drag in. As a result it keeps trying to charge me FOUR times the price. Update - after 1 hour we got through to customer services who were very helpful. However the device set up is over complicated.

Because your door camera don’t chime at whole . My back camera does chime but looses network quickly lam paying for nothing my cameras not come on cos l can get them working
