Review Time
Worst company ever! You call several times to try and resolve something, they tell you it is resolved, the problem persists and they have no explaination as to why or how to fix it. Something as simple as changing the date your monthly payment comes out of your bank seems like rocket science to this waste of space company. AVOID!
Two heat meter checking appointments have been made with me, email and text messages confirmed. And NO ONE showed up for both appointments. I tried calling customer service, got the reply that the worker was on his way. I waited for extra 1,5 hours as instructed by Eneco customer service, in the end, still no one showed up in front of my door. Very bad service.
I ordered a Toon subscription and installed everything. It did not work so I called customer service. They could not repair it by phone so I said that I wanted bij order canceled (I had two weeks to cancel my order). I received my money back and now they are telling me I never cancelled and are drawing money from my account for a product that never worked.
If I could give 0 star...I would! Either they have no idea what they are doing or it's a huge scam! I'm trying to close my contract for months now...they come up with stupid excuses and the same questions constantly. Even after their confirmation my contract is still not closed. Stay away from them
TOON doesn't work anymore after i received the recommendations from Eneco,for a fabric reset(because we just moved in the house), and the only solution and recommendations which i received from Eneco,it's too change the TOON with the new model!
I have an Onderhoud abbonament for my gas CV ketel, it passed more than one year from my last check and it is impossible to have another check or make an appointment or even talk to somone, Client service does not exists, only chat robots. stay away.
