One star is too muchWe have warm water and heating from Eneco. We also have a subscription for maintenance. After making an appointment well in advance they send you a message on the day it self that they will come and then they just don't show up and even cancel the appointment without any communication.
Eneco we have warm water and heating here and it’s a mess. First of all use the international norme for GJ as it’s regulated in the SI standar. And it’s about 1GJ~ 277.78kwh not about maybe 37m^3 measuring isn’t working like that.The intelligent meter is not connected Because the dude wasn’t in the mood?!Also june and the months before where we didn’t use the heating I got charge for a few GJ it was very low but consistently about 15€ extra….Also you want money to get away form you you are worse then the mod.
Had a heat pump installed through Eneco. They offered a service of applying to the government subsidy and I asked them to do it for me. After two months I find out that nothing has been done. Besides that, the electrical installation was botched and I needed to redo it myself. Save yourself the hassle.
TERRIBLE. After having been a customer for more than 30 years, tech guuy comes in, looks, "I am not touching that". Reason is that it needed an extra Swan neck. They offered no solution to get this done. Within 6 hours my service contract was terminated by them. Have tried getting in touch thru FB, X, mail all to no avail. Disgusting. Choose anyone else.UPDATE 1 JULI. As Eneco terminated the contract and not servicing my heating system, they have"graciously" refunded me 4.5 euros. What a terrible company. Btw still not a single resin from them. STAY AWAY.
I was a customer of Eneco and they did fraud to me. i paid all my bills check my consumption regularly in the app, when i finished the contract with them they send me a bill of €181 even i was not home for two months. my house was empty because i was leaving so there was nothing like any electricity device but they still send the bill. when i ask for correction they didn’t do anything until now, it’s been 4 months now and i send them all documents they need. now i don’t know what to do. any suggestions for complaint?
I've had a problem with my smart heating meter for over 6 months. I have had several phone calls with their staff countless times, no one has helped me in any way. No one has tried to understand what I'm experiencing. They do not even know how to answer, where to look, what to report. If I had another option instead of Eneco, I would not think twice. I would just cancel my contract and switch to another supplier.
Terrible costumer service and very incompetent workers, took them 6 months to resolve 1 issue after 5 calls to their costumer service, during that time they also terminated my contract with no notice and without a reasonable explanation. If you can, just use another eletricity/gas provider
I had positively the worst customer service experience I ever had in 20 years experience, with one of their most useless call centre agents. I myself work in customer service so I know and understand how to handle customer calls. This service agent was truly useless.
