Terrible service.I bought the subscription for the CV ketel ~9euro per month. I've schedule the appointment for the maintenance of the CV in a week. The guy, who should've come to me got sick (ok, I can understand. We are all people). Next day I call Eneco to reschedule the appointment with a new person. And the answer that I received from several people - you can call us to schedule the appointment in 6 weeks! I ordered the service that was not delivered. I paid money for this. Why I should wait for 6 weeks because of promises that you can't keep? What kind of a company are you?
The most unreliable company.Some Eneco sales(calvin balfor) fools kept calling and sold their selling point that I will get 250 euros towards change of supplier, which never happened until this date. The email: declaratie.... does not work, I never received any response until this date.Unfortunately, later I became a customer of Eneco and I'm regretting until this date. The cashback was not credited. I had other complaints with Eneco and I tried looking up Eneco customer contact number, which does not exist anywhere on the website So, I registered and logged in as Eneco customer and then initiated customer chat, now the strange response from a digital chat assistant, "Unfortunately, our customer service is not available", please contact by phone. So, I could see a contact number and called the number and waited almost 17 minutes, the call dropped off. Tried calling several times and drop-offs every time. What a ridiculous company, there is no way that a customer could get to their staff and raise concern.DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER OF ENECO! my kind advise. It is total sales spam and scam. How this company is still operating is beyond me. Their staff is rude, deceitful, unhelpful, they hang up randomly… the list goes on. Very unskilled, seems like they pick up random people off the street to work in their call centre. Just give them a call, and you’ll see when someone finally answers after a 100 years, they’ll sound laboured and not interested.I ended contract 07.09., they asked for meter readings so they can refund me the difference for low usage. I provided them via the link they emailed me, got confirmation they have the readings. After a few days, I get an email asking me to submit the readings again. When I log into my account, surprise, surprise, error message occurs, cannot submit the readings. Operator tells me, because my usage was so low, they need to send someone to check (yes my usage was low because I only used gas for cooking, not heating – that went through a common building supply). I says OK, send someone to check. Guess what? No one was coming to check, so I contacted them again, this time via FB, and operator tells me, we have your readings, we’ll refund you the difference. Great I think, I get a letter confirming I’ll get refund by 08.10. Yeah, no refund came. Operator on FB tells me today, they need my meter readings. WTH??You get the picture. They just don’t want to refund, because they owe me a lot of money. Truly disgusting.
This customer service is a joke, I need it a new contract to have electricity and gas unlocked after last tenant, so I called Eneco and after making one contract I called next day to find out why i didn't receive any email and i called them again , they told me it was some mistake and they will do that a new contract now , they so sorry and i will receive a discount 30 euro , but he already knew that i will not get anything from them because he completely didn't pay attention , told me twice not my email address, wrong house number ... So it's ring in my head but he assured me that in a hour i will receive a email whit a contract.. after hour i called them again , this time somebody told me she got nothing in the system, but of course she can make a new contract after my complaining or because she was lazy somehow she find my case but it was wrong IBAN number !?!? After that she's telling me that i need to pay 400 euro in advance to have electricity ?!?!? They should land in court, if somebody have similar case contact me!!!
Do not go there.This took a whole day to create an account. After creation, the representative tells me that , as opposed to what he told me 5 minutes before accepting the contract, there will be a wait time for activation. about 2 hours. Called 2 hours later, I am told to wait for the next day. Calling the next day, I am told to wait 24 hours. Perfect, just what I needed, after explaining this is quite urgent as I have no more warm water. So I eventually contacted them again and told them to forget about it, close the contract they can't fulfil. A week later, I am still receiving emails asking to pay for the contract, so I call again, and after 3 hours on the Dutch phone tree with voice recognition (evidently they do not want any non Dutch customer), I am told by a 3rd agent the account will be cancelled again.These are a bunch of incompetents people, they cant open a contract, and once it s half open (meaning you have to pay but you get no service), they are not even able to cancel it despite the emails confirming they did so. I am glad I stopped this contract in time. I can't imagine what you have to go through to get assistance with this company when you need and pay for it. The representative I talked to were unapologetic and could not care less about the phone tree being Dutch only. Customer care is the least of their priorities. Doing so they are also infringing GDPR as they refuse to delete my personal data and keep sending emails to my account even so I specifically asked for the deletion of personal data.
It's more than 3 months that we keep receiving incorrect invoices with wrong and very high amounts!!After I talked with the customer service I had to make an overview my self and send it via email with all the withdrawals from our bank/invoices received/different balances on the online account and acceptgiro's received...because their administration wasn't capable to do it and to understand what happened!It took a lot of my time and I just had a newborn so the really few time I had for my self I had to spend to make excel spreadsheets to show them the situation and the redicoulous request of high amounts or to talk with their customer service.Eventually all I have done was useless because they withdrew money directly from our account even though the customer service was aware of the incorrect invoicing.Never happened in my hole life, still waiting for them to fix all of this since beginning October.
I had a maintenance contract of my boiler. Last time the technician came 2 hours earlier than the agreed time, that was confirmed by ENECO email just the day before, so he did not find anyone at home. The technician had to wait till I was at home, as the time was wrong, and was nervous for waiting, stated that the boiler was in an unsure location, although my boiler was in the same position since 12 years and refused to do the yearly maintenance. The safety issue is because the boiler is close to the staircase, so they asked me to have my 12 years old boiler moved by 50 cm. This is ridiculous, but the real thing is that they left me without maintenance: in the name of safety they left me with a higher safety risk. Yesterday they announced they cancel the contract. I give one star because there is no option to give zero stars: this behaviour from ENECO side is not professional and I would say shameful.
