As customer i took a service contract for the cv boiler clean up periodically , and at the appointment nobody came and nobody to talk to or contact, dont do it! Sluit geen onderhoudscontract af hier want kost je meer tijd , ze komen niet opdagen ze bellen niet niks , heb de wasruimte voor niks vrijgemaakt
Eneco lies lies lies lie lie. Don’t go there!!! Am waiting for my money like 3 months, I called them like 100 times. Every time they tell you will get paid. I haven’t see no money back yet. They lie and fraud like they stink. Worst company ever. I went too Engie, haven’t pay energy for 2 months now.. Soo it pays too leave Eneco. Don’t go there or leave stinking in lies!!!! It’s one big mess over there
you added some unknown address to my account. you changed my personal data. none of these had my permission. my phone number was also changed. 2 factor-authentication disabled.and I had to wait an hour to report it to you.it is still there even after the report !if I could rate you with -10 I would definitely do that.
The online information is okay, also the customer portal works and has lots of information. But BEWARE, if you ever need something that is not a standard request. You get caught in auto chat message and audio recording swamp that is impossible to get out of. I managed to get to speak to two people (very friendly indeed) but no one felt responsible, and the new number I was given to call by them was again automatic recordings that did not help in any way.
Best energy company in the Netherlands. Customer service is excellent. Company offers the best solutions. Few months ago, i’ve made a big mistake to change my contract from Eneco to Budget energie due to a lower cost. And now i am back to eneco again as i understood how other energy companies operate badly.
They don’t cancel my contact for over a month now. It should have been canceled on june 20. Now is july 7 and my contact is still active. New people are using power from my contact and i am paying because eneco can’t cancel my contract after countless messages and calls.
Eneco the mafia I lost my flat because of them they wanted me to pay the debts of the early tenant 6 months I talked on the phone I presented a contract with my starting meters Bawet I was at their headquarters in rotterdam alexsander nothing helped they wanted to extort money thieves took my money from the corner only when I lost my physical health due to them as well as psychological, I went to the lawyer after that they started to solve the problem but so I lost my health, the apartment and everything I had now I think only to open them in court only mentally restful scammers !!!!!
A truly awful company with little to no regard for the customer. I was moved to Eneco not through choice but due to my previous energy company going bankrupt. I understand that energy prices are high at the minute but when I questioned why my bill for in there words "quite low usage" went from €1200py on my previous supplier to over €1000 for under 3 months on Eneco I have been hung up on on several occasions before the conversation can has even got into any details. Peter on the chat was incredibly rude and ended the conversation without resolving anything and now after several complaints with no response back I am at a loss as to what to do. I have switched providers now thankfully but the whole ordeal has been a terrible experience and one you should avoid! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY THERE MASSIVE PROFITS!
