What a shambles of a company to deal with. Not only did I receive a faulty product, when I informed them, they were only willing to refund a fraction of the price. I didn't quabble and was happy to accept that. However, I was promised a refund within 14 business days. That hasn't happened. Now I have asked them for a full refund due to the poor service and they requested the faulty chair back. Why would anyone keep a faulty chair for over 2 weeks? No common sense, and no compassion for customers. Wouldn't recommend using this company at all. Total joke!
Absolutely terrible experience!!!!I purchased a sofa and it was delivered with no bolts and fixtures!I have had to go and and buy them myself and pay somebody to fit the sofa together.When building it there was a large hole beneath in the material and damage to the wood underneath.There are visible nails sticking out under the material at the front of the sofa and the single chairs cusion which you can’t take off is high on 1 side sloping down to lower which is very visible and is 2 inches in difference!!I was told I would be reimbursed for the sofa fittings which they clearly never had from the start aswell as a small compensation for the hole underneath.I was never reimbursed for the fittings nor was I sent any in the post like I was repeatedly told I would receive them!!This sofa has been so poorly made and now the arm of the sofa is squeaking. Not what you expect from a brand new sofa!The company have said they won’t collect and refund even know new faults have occurred and only a couple of months old.I shall now be seeking legal advice under the consumer act, absolutely shocking.!They have asked me to REMOVE my review but are not willing to refund my faulty sofa!This is now being taken to court along with my photographs and video of the poorly made sofa which has nails sticking out of the material and is a health and safety issue.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
My honest experience. 6 chairs despatched in a timely manor, we were supposed to receive on the Friday but Fedex did not bring them, arrived on the Monday. Packaged well and everything present, there was one leg that would just not screw into any of the chairs so I emailed and called with pictures and a new leg was sent out the following day on a saturday delivery service, this one was fine and fitted no problem. Very happy with quality of product and aftersales service. I see there are some poor reviews but personally we had no real issues. Ordered Late nov 2025. Don't be put off.
I ordered a corner sofa in November as it was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Christmas came and went and still no sofa despite emailing. I was very disappointed as I had given my old sofa away and had to make do with a few chairs around the Christmas tree. I keep being told the sofa is with the courier or held up in customs. Then got a confirmed delivery date for the 12th January after emailing again for an update. I asked for a refund, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and said I would hold off so long as the sofa was delivered that week. This came and went, still no sofa. I got no email to inform me of a further delay. I contacted them again to ask where my sofa was and again they said it is still with customs (almost 2 months later). I again asked for a delivery date and they said the week of the 26th January 2026. I asked if they were sure and they said yeah! Having lost faith in the company I asked for a refund and am still awaiting a reply. I was so excited about my purchase but now I just feel deflated. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company as communication is poor and delivery times (if it ever happens at all) are aweful. It is now nearly February. I was advised on the 17th January that if I removed the negative review I had placed in Trust Pilot they would refund my money -£1400, not a little amount. I refused until the money was back in my account. It is now 31st January and this still has not happened 13 days later. I am starting to wonder if this is a legit company. I have opened a case with my credit card company as that is likely the only way I’m going to get my money back. Please stay away from this company as you’ll be out of pocket and constantly deal with excuses for not getting your product or money back. It’s a disgrace that a company can get away with this in this day and age.
Was really sceptical and I thought they’d sent me the wrong table but it was my mistake. We’ve had this table 9 months and it’s beautiful. It’s huge, heavy but still graceful. I had a problem with some edge trim and Adam resolved it straight away. Really good professional company. I’m so pleased.
Easy to order online. Was a little worried about quality as unable to view prior to ordering. Kept informed regarding delivery etc and duly arrived on confirmed date. I am very pleased with overall quality, and it fitted in very well with existing oak furniture.
