Esme have been excellent with us and…

Esme have been excellent with us and our two separate orders of dining chairs. They had the best price on the specific chairs we wanted - this is after we had seen them elsewhere at a much higher price - and Esme had free delivery.Their communication throughout was great - both with emails about the arrival of the products at the warehouse and about how to track our delivery... even after care to see that the boxes/products had been delivered in pristine condition.Our chairs are terrific and appreciate all the care we had... I didn't review

Please do not use this company they are…

Please do not use this company they are fraudsters they took my £800 for my table and never delivered it . They then promised if I would take down the review they would send me my table that just smells guilt I have screen shots from them to prove this . Please do not be a victim to this fraudulent activity they are pigs 🐷 I beg you get your legal team involved they will soon see your the ones that have done fraudulent activity you going to expose yourself like that ?

This company are scammers they take your money give you a date to deliver which never happens come up with constant excuses. Absolute disgrace and totally unethical to the professional furniture companies online.
