Review Time
TERRIBLE!
I was given this gift card for Christmas, upon trying to redeem it with Amazon, no email code has been sent. I have emailed so many times, already sent a photo of the receipt and pictures of the gift card itself, all of which should not be required to simply use the gift card!
Avoid this company at all costs!
The response I received from the service after submitting two reviews, the latter following their request for 'more information', was completely unhelpful. The instructions on the back of the card for redeeming it outline three simple steps:
1. Visit the website.
2. Enter the code found on the back of the card and click 'Redeem gift card'.
3. Choose from a selection of brands and check their redemption options online or in stores. There is a barcode, but the text is so small that it is unreadable even with a strong magnifying glass. Seems easy, right? Not at all. After multiple failed attempts to redeem my card, I left a review since the service hadn't responded to my email. They provided additional instructions that weren't included on the original card, indicating that the code must be converted to a store-specific card, which involves a process, assuming the store recognizes the service card. How was I supposed to know this? You are meant to be able to 'filter' stores for online or in-store purchases. Good luck with that when you have to sift through 100 stores to find 1) something appealing, and 2) a store that accepts the card online.
The e-card I eventually managed to convert only works in-store, despite filtering for 'online'.
As mentioned in a prior review, the nearest store that claims to have my item is 20 miles away, which, considering travel costs and parking, adds at least £10 to the total expense. The only response I received when I raised this issue was that they 'didn't control the redemption options at stores'. Okay, but what about the other convoluted process that wasn't clearly explained initially? I found one store that recognized the service, but their options were £15, £25, or £50. My card was for £20, and I couldn't input my own amount. Rather than pay an additional £5 before even knowing if they had something I liked, I opted for the £15 option. According to the service, I could redeem the remaining £5, but I was unable to do so and I refuse to waste any more time.
I feel bad for my friend who spent £20 on this card as a gift for a favor I did. Should I lie and say I was able to buy something nice, or tell her the truth that it was a waste of time and money? For her sake, I guess I will lie, leaving the service as the only clear winners in this situation.
I purchased several gift cards from a couple of retailers. When I tried to redeem them online, I discovered that some of the redemption codes were missing from the back of the cards! I ended up with at least four gift cards that had missing codes! This has been a terrible experience with the company! I'm not sure if I will ever buy their gift cards again. I've emailed the support team and am currently waiting for their response.
I had an extremely frustrating experience as it took them 9 days to send the redemption code! Their replies to my emails were just copied responses. I would strongly advise against using these gift vouchers. The website claims you will receive the code within 60 minutes, which needs to be revised! Even when they stated I'd receive it in 15 minutes in another email, it still took days!
I had a terrible experience. I bought a gift card on 02-Sep-2025 and tried to redeem it online but received an error from the link in the email from the company. I reported this to customer service immediately and received no response by 04-Sep-2025, and still haven't heard back. I bought another gift card on 04-Sep-2025 and faced the same repeated error when trying to redeem it online. Despite reporting to customer service multiple times, I still have not received any response. They also asked me to send an email with the back of the gift card and receipt. I sent this multiple times without any reply or solution. Please respond to my email; I have provided everything you need.
I received a voucher earlier this year, but I am not getting the email that I need for the code to use with my chosen retailer. I had to top up my voucher by £20 to use it, and the company was quick to take my money and send me an invoice, but I still haven't received the crucial email needed to spend my voucher. My email address was entered correctly since I received the invoice, and I’ve checked my inbox and spam folder repeatedly without success. I’ve attempted the process twice and still nothing.
The response I received from the company after my two reviews, including one where they requested 'more information', was completely unhelpful. The instructions on the back of the card for redeeming it appear straightforward: 1. Visit the website. 2. Enter the code from the back of your card and click 'Redeem gift card'. 3. Choose from 100 brands. There is a barcode and several lines of text that are so small I can't read them, even with a magnifying glass. Sounds simple, right? Not at all. After failing to redeem my card, I left a review since the company hadn’t replied to my email. They provided additional instructions that weren’t on the original card, indicating that the code on the card must be converted to a store card, which involves a process, assuming the store even recognizes it. How was I supposed to know that? You're meant to be able to 'filter' stores for online or in-store purchases, but good luck finding something you like among 100 stores. The e-card I managed to convert from the code will only work in-store, despite selecting 'online' in the filter. As mentioned before, the closest store that claims to have my item is 20 miles away, making it costly to drive there with no guarantee they’ll have what I want. The only response I received to my complaint was that they 'don’t control the store's redemption options'. Okay, but what about the rest of the convoluted process that wasn't explained? I found one store that recognized the card, but their choices were £15, £25, or £50. My card was £20, and I couldn’t enter my own amount. Rather than pay an extra £5 without knowing if they have what I want, I chose the £15 option. According to the company, I could redeem the remaining £5, but I wasn’t able to and refuse to waste more time trying. I feel bad for my friend who spent £20 on this card as a gift for me. Should I pretend I bought something nice or tell her the truth that it was a waste? For her sake, I’ll lie, but the only winners here are the people behind the company.
