I've been riding Evolve skateboards for the past 2.5 years, starting with the Bamboo GTX and recently upgrading to the Bamboo GTR.The power of the GTR is excellent. It's highly responsive, quickly getting me up to top speed and the brakes are very effective. It feels smooth and well tuned in comparison to the GTX.I'm very impressed with the quality of the board, it's durable and robust, handling a thrashing both on and off road without problem.The battery and range of the GTR is much improved, I now rarely carry my charger with me on longer rides.The board suits different riding styles and is incredibly dynamic, from chilled slower rides to aggressive sliding... it does it all without problem.The UK service team are second to none. Very quick replies (usually under 24 hours in my experience) and will sort any issues in no time. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the upgrade and recommend anyone on the fence to make the investment, you won't regret it!
After riding electric boards for a couple years I finally got a Bamboo GTR and it far surpassed my initial expectations. Had it for about a month and it is a truly awesome board. Big standouts to me are the range and the carving. I love going on long rides so this board is sort of the perfect match. It also works great as a commuter board, which is something else that's important to me. Wish I had gotten this board from the get-go instead of waiting so long. I think its great for beginners and more experienced riders all around.
I have been skating for about 16 years now so when I discovered Evolve's Bamboo gtx AT I was smitten! Fast forward 1 year, one bamboo GTR AT then Street wheels and now a stoke and I am one happy girl! I have ridden several other electric skateboard brands and none feel as good as an Evolve does, hands down! The super carve trucks make it feel like you are riding a concrete wave and the range is worth EVERY penny! Customer service is instantaneous as well! Anytime I have a question they get back to me asap and they are super nice about answering even the novice of questions! I literally wake up and get excited about my commute to work every morning. If you're on the fence about ordering one, do it! 🤙
Love the fact that these guys service, support and distribute across the globe. They make truly awesome carving machines and their new GTR range, as well as the Stoke, are next level in terms of quality and performance. I highly recommend them!!!
In my eyes is Evolve one of my top 5 companies. I like the one big family vibes and feeling. Definitely customers matter for these guys.After days and days of comparing numbers of Chinese e-sk8boards, I decided to spend a little bit more money then I was considering from the beginning and I gotta say I don't regret any even one dollar that I spent on my Evolve Stoke!I love the board and I love the company. Great experience, super fast delivery (next day), absolutely stunning guys who take care of me from the very begging until now. A big plus for me is that I know when something goes wrong I got support from then anytime, that you can hardly find in China, to be honest, and when you want quality and service and spare part in no time and don't want to hope in miracles from China which will take weeks anyway you don't have any other better choice.I'm a novice in this sport but I know somewhere in my head that Stoke is just beginning because of that fun and freedom that the Stoke gives me every day it seems like inevitable to think how would it be to have maybe all-terrain GTR :-)), but this is something in future, now I'm charging my Stoke and can't wait to test new LED strips when gets dark tonight :-)Evolve 10/10 points!Good luck guys doing wonderful job.
WTH!? The same happened to me today! I was riding the board on the nicest straight road you can imagine. Once in a sudden it stopped and catapulted me on my head and shoulder. I broke my collar bone and if it wasn't for the helmet, I would probably be dead.Now I see all these reviews saying the same with Evolve having diplomatic excuses! Are you guys out of your mind!? You know you're hurting people and no one does anything about it!What about sending me an email or something telling me about the issue and how to fix it instead of almost getting me killed!?This needs to go to court!
