Absolute crock of thieves! I tried to purchase the Koala. Paid for it on June 6th. I’ve never received the order. Contacted themMultiple times and basically fobbed off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m still trying to get my money back. They respond quickly but do absolutely nothing. Warn warn warn!!! I’m now claiming money back through my credit card charge back.
I ordered my 2 koala bears back in may and I've still not received them,all the customer services do is just keep fobbing me off with they are waiting on a response from there delivery team,think all they do is take your money and do a runner with it,it's one of a hell of a good scam they've got going
Wow, what an experience. Ordered in May and -brace yourselves - received absolutely nothing. Impressive consistency, really. And the customer service? Works like a charm… if the goal is to send beautifully worded fairy tales about how “everything is fine.” Honestly, I almost admire the dedication to fiction.No need to leave me one of your copy-paste “we’re so sorry, please reach out” replies, @Evora. We’ve all seen that performance already. Truly five stars… for creativity in scamming !
Sadly never got my koala, just replies from customer service saying it's being processed but no actual dates or updates. Raised a query with my credit card company when it became obvious no koala would ever be received. Have now received an email from Evora dated 1/9/25 saying a refund has been issued, and hope that doesn't take forever to arrive. I'm so glad I used my credit card for this purchase.
Ordered on the 15th Aug, never received an email to inform of dispatch, i think its disgusting you've played on peoples hopes for a success fertility cycle, the items ordered were not what was received or related to fertility. No wonder they have so many bad reviews, didnt even get a responce from the contact us page after completing details. DO NOT USE THEM.
I order end of April and never received the order. I requested a refund and still waiting. Seems their customer support who always answer within a day keep repeating the same story, they assure me they are working on it or that they have escalated the issue. Might be an AI agent replying so promptly and politely.I am looking for their headquarters office to report them to consumer protection. My mistake not checking the website fully as their company information is absent. Hope people read these reviews before buying, I certainly didn’t and I am at a loss now.
