Terrible service! To call them a company is a joke! I ordered an anxiety koala in May, and it’s now mid-November with no koala in sight. I’ve reached out multiple times only to be told it’s on its way, but nothing has arrived! Avoid this company.

Beware of this company

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I ordered on 15/7/25 and have sent numerous emails and used their contact form to follow up on my order, but they haven't responded. It looks like we won't receive our order either. Complete scam. They will take your money but not deliver the products.

Would rate this company a zero if possible

I wish I could rate this company a zero or negative. I ordered some koala bears in June for my grandkids, was charged, but have not received the product or a refund after trying to cancel. I've received many vague emails from customer service that do nothing to resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Avoid ordering from this company

Absolutely disgusting

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We received an Elephant for our daughter and reported a fault with this a few weeks after it arrived ( this was January 2025). I have been e-mailing with them to get a replacement, which they promised was on order, but has not yet arrived. I have e-mail continually to now ask for a refund but have had absolutely no response from them. This company should be avoided at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You will not receive your koala. I ordered one on July 3rd and have emailed back and forth with customer service, but they have still not shipped my what I ordered or refunded my money. Based on the number of reviews that have had the exact same experience, I’m assuming I have been scammed.
