I have also had a terrible experience with this company! Ordered back in May and had false dispatch emails and no order ever delivered and they wont refund me either, so will be reporting to Trading Standards.
Horrible company!!! ordered 2 koalas for my little girls to help them fall asleep faster. Never received these products and received automated messages from their customer service telling they're looking into this matter. With names like Gab, Jan, etc. The worst thing about this experience is that I truly thought there was a delay up until reading these reviews and learning its a scam and told my girls they are on their way and just being late. It's truly sick how they try to make money. But thank GOD there's KARMA. So whoohooo, all will be returned, just not in the shape of a koala.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANYOrdered Koala on 28th May. Three months later still haven't received it despite several emails assuring me it was on its way. Tracking remains at 'processing'. Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and same result - assurance that they were processing the refund but nothing happening. I have posted a review on the Evora website and it hasn't been published.
Would rate 0 stars if possible. Ordered this as a gift to help with my girlfriend’s anxiety in MAY. Now in September, and after multiple email exchanges, I am now at the point of no response. I have reached out for a refund and weirdly enough - this is the first email I have received no response for. Do not even think about giving this company your money as you will receive nothing but lies and eventually nothing in return.
ZERO stars. Complete and utter Scammers. Ordered Koala in May 2025, have chased delivery regularly to be fed a load of lies about its dispatch in each response. Multiple requests for a refund and still haven't received either the item or the refund. DO NOT BUY from EVORA !!!!
I placed my order in May 2025. Three months later, I still have not received it. I have contacted Evora on numerous occasions and each time, I get the same response that they have contacted the carrier but have been unable to determine when I will receive my package. I find this unacceptable, and this has been going on for over a month!
As with so many other reviews, I ordered on 15th May and despite several emails, still no product or refund. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give it less than one star I would!Update: despite being asked to contact the same email address I’ve been contacting for the last month, I’ve had no responses other than the standard ‘we’re trying to get an update’. At this point it’s pretty clear I’m not getting either the product I ordered or money back. Awful company.
I ordered from here in may (3 months ago) and it still hasnt arrived. When I emailed they told me it had been dispatched but were trying to find what courier they used. They gave me a fake shipping number, but still didnt know the courier.. They are very responsive on their email - probably to try and keep you engaged so they can buy more time to scam other people before they get cancelled and reported. Please report and do not buy from here.
