Should be -5 stars. It’s a scam. It’s been nearly 2 months since I placed my order and the tracking has been stalled the whole time. Every email I sent was AI answered, parroting back what I said in my email with lots of apologies but no real information. I have asked for a phone number for a manager three times now and they can’t provide one and just ignore the question. I filed a complaint with Shopify and my credit card refunded the charge immediately.

Ordered this in July not received nothing !!! IV emailed them several times only responded once .still not received !!!! they have taken my money but sent no product it's a SCAM 😭 Now advertising & selling product at half price . I want my money back. !!!!!Poor communication I want a full refund
I placed an order for a Koala back in July 2025 and sent countless emails trying to find out delivery details. Evora kept sending me emails saying they were trying to track the package and, in the end, stopped replying to my emails and so as of 2 December 2025 no product and no refund, I just sent another email today but not expecting a reply. This is a terrible company with poor service and misleading information. Do not buy from them.
