I would leave a less star review if possible, we ordered a puppy Evora for our autistic child, after a long wait it arrived and she loved it it helped her get to sleep, after 5 months one of the functions stopped working the breathing and tummy movement function which is the one she liked the most, after going back and forth explaining the defect they refused to repair/replace or refund and offered £15 as a gesture (which is admitting that the product was not fit for purpose) I told them I would not be needing the &15 as it had to be put to another product of theirs and I told them I would not spend good money after bad. It’s unbelievable that this product isn’t fit for at least 12months defects guarantee. 30 days is absolutely ridiculous DONT BUY FROM EVORA OFFICIAL AFTER SALES IS DIABOLICAL AsYou see below they are now offering support but this is just for public to see, we went back and forth approx 6 times but still the refusal to replace and repair is not offered DONT BE FOOLED

Absolutely dreadful company - they've given me false shipping information and pathetic AI generated responses for the last three months - I'm lodging a chargeback request with my credit card company.AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

I also wasted my money. 3 months and no product. Endless promises to look into it from the customer support. Do not buy from them! The reply asks me to contact support. I have been in contact with you for two months. Endless promises. No money or product. Shame on you.

If I could leave ZERO stars

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I have never in my life written a bad review before but but this company absolutely deserves a HORRIBLE review. The fact they haven’t been fined or shut down is beyond shocking. This is an absolute scam operation.I’ve never received the Koala product. I’ve been strung along with nothing but BS excuses constant “checking with the manager” responses from Evora yet here I am, 2 MONTHS later, still waiting for a refund. This company has no accountability, no integrity, and clearly no intention of making things right.Do yourself a favor: NEVER buy from this so-called “company.” Escalating this further! Oh- and I’m sure I’ll get the cut and pasted response from Evora which they have done to all the responses above.

I ordered a stress relief Kola bear on the 12 th of June now 19th August never ever received my order email so so many times with response going to track my order going to find out about a refund no updates reply I think this company is a fake and have taken my money I am going to report them as iv had enough do not order or buy anything from this website as you will not get your goods or money back

Do not buy from this company unless you want to wait weeks and weeks and never get a satisfactory response yes they answered my emails but always fobbed me off. Ended up submitting all my emails and their pathetic response to my bank to get my money back. They sell goods that are meant to ease anxiety but all they did was provide me with more - order at your own peril!REPLY - I have contacted you on numerous occasions and it’s always the same “we will come back to you with an explanation” I have had that email on at least 4 occasions- just provide me with an explanation as to why you did not fulfill my order! It’s not hard

On 13th.?14th. June I ordered a toy koala, paid £58.99p.It did not arrive! after a while I contatced them and explained, that i had not received the item, and then I sent that as this was long overdue I wanted to cancel the order amd would like my money returned, After several communications, they have now stopped answering my emails. All I want is my money returned, I am an OAP, this was going to be a present, the date has now long passed.

I made an order start June

I made an order start June - the money was withdrawn from my account straight away. I received a shipment track and trace a few days later but it never updated and the goods have never arrived. I have emailed numerous times and keep getting the answer that they are looking into it with the shipment company and that it is the highest priority. Always quick response but nothing happens. I have requester my money back but that does not happen either - always the same response. It is a high priority yet several weeks later nothing has happend. Never buy snitching from this company - you will loose your money and never receive your goods - stay far far away. Never in my life have I experienced such a bad customer service. It is fraud!!

Ordered a Sloth, delivery slower than it

Ordered a Sloth and 2 rings on 26th June 2025. Received a tracking number with YunExpress on 27th June 2025. Their email address is helpcare at yunexpress.com - I recommend complaining to them as well. I have issued a chargeback for these items. For things that are supposed to reduce stress, this bunch of clowns only cause it.As I've received their stock answer below, please note that their offer of help is vacuous.
