One star is too high a rating for this company. We bought a koala for our disabled daughter, it is faulty. We complained back in June and were promised a replacement. This has never arrived. We asked for a refund. This has never happened despite multiple promises. We are now ot 27 emails and despite their 'flowery' promises, still nothing. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Place orders with this company at your peril
Awful company. My order was shipped but the tracking never updated. I contacted the company who always replied with false promises. I waited and waited. Order did not arrive, shipping had not updated. I requested a refund. It was agreed but again I waited and waited whilst getting emails that just fobbed me off. In the end I had to contact my bank who recovered my money via a charge back.
Placed an order end of May, which still hasn’t arrived. Have sent an email every week, have requested a refund multiple times which never happens, they only come back to you once you contact them but only to say that they’ll get to it as soon as possible, but nearly 3 months on and still nothing, absolute joke of a company and customer service! Evora if you reply to this telling me to contact you and tell me you’ll look into it, I will take this further and report you! Update: got the exact generic response that i was expecting and that everyone else has got, so will be reporting Evora first thing in the morning!
Good afternoon, I placed an order on June 8 (number 143460) and still haven't received the goods. Also, my money is not returned to me. I have requested all the account details of this company from my bank and I intend to contact the police with a statement of fraud, with the attachment of payment and correspondence with the company. I don't recommend this company, it's a complete deception.
This company is a fraud. I placed an order for a bear on June 24th 2025, and its August 13th and I still have not received my order. I am now seeking a refund from my credit card after sending several emails asking for status and getting replies stating that my order was getting ready to ship, but was never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!
Absolutely disgusting ! I put an order in May 2025 and have still not received my goods. They have only answered one of my emails and I have sent many. NEVER buy off this business as they have shocking customer service and the goods don't show up. I will never ever buy again from here.I have 3 upset little granddaughters now because of you untrustworthy people.
This is the lowest star I can give, but to be honest they don’t deserve this one, they take your money and I’m still awaiting goods ordered back in June, they don’t answer emails. I’m now awaiting a refund as this was a present for someone. Anyone thinking of using them, don’t do it

If there was a ZERO star, that's the best they deserve.Placed two orders on June 23, today is August 11th. Shipping status still shows waiting for carrier pick up. Tons of emails back and forth and all I get is thanks for your patience. I requested a refund numerous times only to be told thanks for your patience. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
