Aviod at all costs because it will cost you

Absolutely useless aviod at all costs had 2 damaged already no customer services no human contact left loads of emails 2 weeks damaged goods buy recieved whicn cost me money put load of fragile stickers all over the boxes wont be using this company again handlers don't care throwing boxes around cost me money so when I am selling something let the buyer no i refuse to use to use this courier service again

Terrible wish they would go out of business. Always take ages and deliver to the wrong address or not at all most of the time. Evri driver is useless

Terrible wish they would go out of business. Always take ages and deliver to the wrong address or not at all most of the time. Evri driver is useless

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The " business " is the worst transporter choice I have had the misfortune to use in 40 years of logistics. They lost my valuable parcel ( the size of a suitcase) and up until now, more than 2 weeks, they have a system of automated bots dealing with their incompetence. I can't reach a human, they have collection points but that is all they are. Never use these people under ANY circumstances

We all know. They are the pits! Wish companies would stop using them, is it worth the few extra pence saved? Of course not. Parcels missing/stolen. Delays for no reasons. Had a parcel stolen recently, a very large and heavy one. Don’t trust these lot

EVRI, incompetent or corrupt, choose your gamble!

Buying some hiking gear last few weeks, various parcels.DPD 2no, near perfectRoyal mail 2no, near perfectUPS 1no, military precisionEvri 3no, 2 of those over 7 days delayed/lost in their system, one delivered as expected but without any updates.They are either grossly incompetent or disgustingly corrupt.If you are offered other delivery options just take it, I paid 60p extra for the UPS delivery, so worth the peace of mind. Any other delivery, even pigeon, will be an upgrade on these jokers!AVOID!
