sent a parcel through EVRI to Bolton on the 25/4/25 and the same parcel was delivered back to me and not the Bolton address on the 30/4/25!!Tried contact EVRI by phone and ahd a message 'can't connect due to technical issue'. Tried the chatbot and that was sueful as chocolate poker....what an outfit!Don't any of their management read these reviews and try and improve things?
This company has some un reliable staff members. Parcels tend to get lost in transit or delivered to unknown addresses. It's strange that photos showing proof of delivery do not show a door number. It's disappointing when items are not delivered at all.
I sent a parcel using evri via the post office. The tracking function shows there was one failed attempt to deliver, but no others. Two weeks later, no update and no way of contacting evri to find out more. The chat function is just a sham - it merely repeats the same info, and there is no interaction with a human. The post office can’t help, as they are just an agent.

Absolutely useless so called delivery service. Ebay delivery didnt get past the " we have your parcel" on their tracker then nothing - chatbot on a two line loop, telephone doesnt get picked up so who loses out? The poor devil who used them as a delivery service for an item they sold that never gets there - they have to refund the buyer and the item they sold is sitting somewhere in an evri warehouse or ......DONT USE THEM
I sold my Thule bike carrier and lighting bar via ebay and after carefully protecting the package in layers of bubble wrap and sealing in a robust cardboard box sent the item via Evri Parcels. The item arrived at the buyer's address with the lighting unit smashed so I had to make a substantial refund to the customer. The Evri Parcels website makes it impossible to claim for the damage to the goods, for example the automated chat bot always assumes you are the buyer! There is no information on how to claim for goods damaged by Evri while in transit. I have left messages on the Evri Parcels contact number, again this is automated and you cannot speak with a real person Evri have failed to reply to my calls/messages. Bottom line I recommend Evri Parcels is best avoided and a trusted carrier such as Royal Mail or Parcel Force used if you are sending goods in the U.K.
