Review Time
it is impossible. Evri have designed a system to never be able to respond. I have tried the phone, the email, the incident report system, no one responds, total FAILURE. No humnas, no answers, just more and more guff about 'please enter your...' GETS NO WHERE - STAY AWAY APPALLOING COMPANY THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER.
Still awaiting my parcel which evri said was to be delivered 2 days ago then had a message the following day saying it’s to be delivered that day never turned up and another message today to say it’s coming and it’s still not arrived 3 days wasted waiting in for a parcel that hasn’t arrived and I’ve requested a call back the last two days and am still waiting for that’s aswell , terrible customer service unfortunately it was ordered through Amazon prime so had no choice of courier but certainly would never recommend , definately needs a shake up of customer service and try replying to people not some automatic response sent in an email
Yet again drive leaves parcel in a common area, dose not bother knocking or ringing the bell. By the time I see the proof of delivery the parcel has gone.This is happening on a regular basis now and must stop.I am disabled and the driver has made me go to the main entrance before and then had a bad attitude and almost a week later to call about my complaint just an email saying I must be lying as the driver was nearby on GPS which for them seems proof of delivery when in fact the driver last time refused to give me because he could not scan the parcel.Evri do not call after many attempts to contact them and pretend they did not do anything wrong.Last time it went missing after driver refused to give to me and this time has no respect to knock or ring bell causing another loss Avoid or you might be sorry!
