Review Time
This is my third review of this shocking company. I live in rural north Wales and have made several complaints about what is frankly an appalling service.The Same courier, working for Evri, has now misplaced 10 parcels in the last three months. In fact, not a single parcel has made it to my house as each one has been replaced. This same courier somehow still has a five-star rating despite costing me hundreds of pounds in lost items.I have reached out to Evri and have made tens of complaints and have not managed to get through to a single person on this issue. Today I could not believe, after three weeks of acclaimed 'escalation' of my issue that the company deemed the problem the fault of the seller and not themselves.Evri knows my email, they know I am making complaints but have made no efforts to reach out to me. I simply cannot get through to the regional manager to discuss my concerns and now see no other option than to seek legal advice.Absolutely terrible company.
I have had a parcel with Evri since June 6th, 2025, at 1:22 AM. Since then, I’ve been trying to track it down, but the system always leads me to a chatbox that just says someone will get back to me, which has never happened. The reason we send or order parcels is because we need them, and waiting this long without communication is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating, especially since I’m waiting for my children’s important school documents. I was hoping they would have received their items by now. There’s no call center number to contact—only an option to confirm that they have my parcel. I’m really angry and disappointed by the service.

After my parcel was not delivered within the specified time 31/5/25 - 6/6/25.Till tjis moment ebri have not updated its tracking system, which will give me the opportunity to gauge my expected delivery.My order was from TEMU, according to temu tracking it arrived and is with delivery depot(EVRI)Evri in tjis case is offering an unprofessional service

They only get a star because they got the right address. If I buy online and then find out this lot are the couriers my heart sinks They cannot take delivery instructions and dump valuable items on yr doorstep often with damaged packaging not once had a good experience with this company but I guess you get what you pay forRG
If I could give a Minus I would. Not for the 1st time this useless company claim to have delivered my parcel from Amazon but it has NOT been delivered here. Sadly in Manchester Evri employ a lot of people who neither/barely speak, read or understand ENGLISH & who in the past have delivered to completely different addresses .The photo of where they have dumped it is 100% NOT HERE Today Evri sent me a message asking me to phone them. I tried 5 times & each time I tried to enter the tracking number they asked for I was cut off after only entering 3 digits.PLEASE PHONE ME as at 81yrs old I am getting very annoyed
Beyond sh*t I planned my day around the delivery so we could get everything done in time. Delivery scheduled for 17.00 to 18.00 only for them to change it exactly 15.30 to between 14.30 and 15.30 I get an email whilst I'm miles away in which they just left my items in the communal hallway which I did not agree too. Terrible terrible service

CRAP. Item lost (stolen) from their network. Admit they lost itYou try claim for your missing item. Good luck ! Been on chat box.they sent links leading to page id already been on. Then phoned the customer serviceGOT SN A I ROBOT !Fuming ! Still not resolved Will NEVER EVER USE AGAIN
