In the depot for 2 days and still no tracking detail that it is out for delivery.
I’m 62 and can say with total honesty this is the worst company for customer service.
My advice is if your potential supplier uses Evri then don’t order. Go elsewhere. You have been warned.

Communication is less than useless.First time I have used them,not impressed.Unable to speak to anyone,robot is useless. After spending my precious time on the Live Chat & getting nowhere asks is there anything else I can help you with.The final insult
RIDICULOUS! Email me or phone me if needed, I have left tracking number multiple times when I rang your number about 8 times and reported this to the retailer. Evri, WHERE IS MY PARCEL??Your driver got lost on 26th March then delivered it days later. NOW THE ONE your driver say was delivered to me and showed a hand holding a parcel with an unrecognisable ground, is NOT MY AREA. Consider not paying these drivers or deducting their pay when delivering to wrong address and to go back to address to claim what was delivered wrongly.
Just an update on previous review.to this day 30/03/26. I have had 10 emails from them mostly Clairre promising every time to look for my parcel.never got any satisfaction .may I point out to others like myself what you insured parcel for does not matter in court.legally when you pay for them to deliver it is a legally binding contract. If they fail they are in breach.excuse spelling I am 82 and have Parkinsons good luck to u allTom
I had a delivery. I live in a flat with an intercom entry .they buzzed my flat and when I answered they said there's a a parcel for you and said to come down and fetch it and before I could answer they hung up .so I went down and my delivery of 4 bar stools was on the street and the guy had gone .and left it on the street .disgusting service
The courier keeps ringing neighbours bell, getting me into trouble with neighbours. I am at home all the time due to illness.Tried to get through with Evri chat, they may as well not have chat.never get an answers . Hopes service.If you have a problem with Evri don't expect to get it sorted, it won't happen
