If I could type a -0 I would this has to be the worst courier service not even UK in world what an absolute shower off shite , they've an automated service for customer service can t speak to anyone when u start a compliant they say they'll get back within 24 hrs waiting on parcel for over 2 weeks no word or anything from them how they're in business is beyond me , as above their review score from me is -0 not 1 I had to give to write this 😡😡😡😡

USE POST OFFICE. NEVER EVRI.

I sent a parcel to HK on 7th April and it arrived in HK 2 weeks later. I was then told it had the wrong address on it and would be returned on 28th April. I still have not received it. I sent a parcel in May and it took 5 days with the Post Office. I am so cross as I can’t find anyone to talk to. They give you a phone number or website and you get no reply. PLEASE USE POST OFFICE to send a parcel abroad.

100% failure rate on delivering parcels to the correct address 

having had nine parcels can you believe out of the last night I ordered from Amazon two were delivered incorrectly by Evri with photographs showing that they have been delivered to the wrong place.Another Evri parcel said it was delivered with no evidence of it and it never arrived so congratulations you have successfully failed 100% in the last three deliveries through Amazon that you were supposed to deliver. Appalling service as always. I avoid you like to play as always and I have actually said to companies I will not use them if they use you for deliveries and now I'm losing money because I'm not getting my deliveries which mean I cannot carry out the work which means I one step away from the election and compensation. You are ridiculous. Why are you still in business?

I am reposting this because it is increasingly evident that Evri, as a delivery company, does not prioritise its customers. Their communication channels, particularly for missing parcels, are ineffective, and the resolution offered a mere £20 refund plus the postage fee is entirely inadequate.On 4th April 2025, I was standing at my front door waiting to receive a delivery from Evri. The tracking information suddenly stopped updating, and I was later informed via email that the parcel could not be delivered that day and would arrive on 5th April 2025. That delivery never occurred, and to this date, I have not received my item.This is not an isolated incident. Just a week ago, a friend of mine experienced a similar issue. An Evri driver marked a parcel as delivered, even uploaded a proof-of-delivery photo then left with the item. My friend was not home to accept the parcel, yet Evri insists it was successfully delivered.A simple search online reveals that countless other customers have suffered from missing parcels, poor service, and lack of accountability. A company that claims to serve the public yet consistently fails in transparency and reliability should reconsider its place in the market.What is most frustrating is the inconsistency in Evri’s responses:First, they claimed my item was a prohibited parcel.Then, they stated the item had been located and would be delivered.Later, they said the delivery was under investigation.Eventually, they confirmed the parcel was missing and issued a refund of only £20 plus £4.95 postage.This is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed, and regardless of how long it takes, I am committed to holding Evri accountable for this experience.

I trusted them and they lost my parcel…

I trusted them with a personal parcel to ship internationally and they lost it!Tracking was useless.Contacting them (personally) is literally impossible.No explanation about the loss, I don't know what happened and they are not refunding the shipping costs.Very bad experience - DO NOT SHIP ANY PARCEL WITH EVRI!!

Phantom green shirt is missing

Ordered green Ralph Lauren shirt from Printemps costing £107.00. EVRI delivered it on 29/3/2025. I returned it using EVRI label immediately (parcel went to Mosquito way in Hatfield UK). Printemps later said wrong label used... anyhow despite submitting the EVRI barcode tracking and details of EVRI receipt (P6445569), the shirt then disappeared... wrote 3 time to EVRI... no response at all... copied complaints to EVRI CEO and other sentior managers... no response at all... Negative complaints to Trustpilot about EVRI normally result in same pro forma starting "Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience..." and humans only respond if Trustpilot review is positive! Anyway here goes... if you see someone in a green Ralph Lauren shirt wandering about... it is probably mine. The loss of £107 is bad, but the complete absence of any response at all is SHOCKING!
