I'm up dating a previous review.Temu chased up an order that Evri had failed to deliver to me and it turned out that they had attempted a delivery but to the wrong address I had no notification as to the attempted delivery so was left in the none the wiser After Temu chased up the order I finally received it, but that's where it got worse as the delivery was made at 23:48 and just left out in the rain as I'd already gone to bed obviously not wanting to make contact This firm have got to be one of the worst delivery companies out there and about as useful as a chocolate tea pot
I have no idea why businesses continue to use Evri!!! They are by far the worst courier operating today. Shocking timelines, incorrect delivery notifications, deliveries to the incorrect house, sub standard communication. Operational management team need to take a hard look at themselves
This is the worst parcel company ever! I have arranged with three different suppliers to have parcels collected over a week ago. Emails from Evri three days running saying they will collect them but they didn’t bother! Yesterday I had another parcel which I needed collected so arranged it online with the supplier. Absolutely gobsmacked todayto have the Evri courier literally knock on my door and run away but he was only delivering a parcel. I ran down the path to see if I could get him and tell him he needs to collect my parcel and he had completely vanished. Another trip to the post office with my parcel next week. I shall of course be letting all the suppliers know that the parcel company they put so much trust in are utter crap.
The Evri man arrived with my parcel and told me he could not give it to me as his scanner wasn't working! He said it would be delivered the next day. I told him it should not have come to my address anyway but to the parcel shop I had nominated. since then and numerous contacts with Evri I still do not have my parcel!! Now I have contacted E Bay and hopefully I will eventually either receive my parcel or get my money back
Evri are without doubt the most incompetent courier service in the UK ! I ordered a small antique miniature from Ebay at the cost of £180. When the tracking didn't update for over a week I queried this with the seller. I then reported it to Evri online. They promised delivery that day...never appeared. Promised to look into it the following day. Nothing happened. Contacted their CEO and others hoping for a more positive response. How naive was I ? Instead I got a reply from Evri stating they cannot trace nor track my order and it must be lost in their system. Although they offered the standard apology they took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for loosing my order. Have heard nothing since. They had the nerve to suggest I may be able to get a refund from the seller when they Evri have admitted LIABILITY. Evri lost my £180 order not the seller!They are absolutely atrocious as are their upper management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
