My house has a clearly readable sign on the wall beside my door showing my house name. Yet again evri ( either ignore or just don't bother to look,) have dumped a huge box belonging to someone else, right under my house name. So many people complaining yet nothing improves
Just atrocious service and repeated lost deliveries of parcels they claim to have delivered. I actively ask companies if they use evri and then won't order unless they can provide an alternative solution. No confidence in this company at all

They always fail to deliver - - they are impossible to contact in person - they should not be allowed to continue operating - they are useless - incompetent - crooked - employ drivers who make it up as they go along. They really should not be in business - and anyone who volutarily uses them deserves to be ripped off - people should know better - AVOID THESE CROOKED BASTARDS
Evri is the most terrible company to deal with!! Never again will I use this company! I sent a Large, colourful, suitcase of clothes which I had sold, to an address in Devon, from Alfreton, Derbyshire, on the 16th May and it still hasn't arrived - apparently it's lost!!??? I have made several reports to no avail and in the meantime, lost customers!
I try not to use this courier service as they're the worst company in my opinion. I have had enough of them!! Too much to type. I'm disabled and I always ask companies to bring my items to my door rather than leaving them in the post room. There's notices, at least 7 or 8, stating not to leave them and take them to the customer's door. They never bring them resulting in my and other residents parcels going missing. It's a wonder they're still in business. Shocking company!!
