Would give 0 if it allowed.
Worst courier service ever - now avoiding buying from companies who use evri it’s that bad. Not yet had a single delivery in my location that has arrived on time. Every delivery arrives late, throughout the day the slots are continuously delayed. Parcels just dumped outside when there is no safe place or cover even in the rain despite me being in. Does not knock or ring the bell. Had multiple parcels damaged, dirty and wet. Sometimes parcels are delivered after 11pm at night and left out all night!!

A terrible experience almost every time.
Parcels usually get left outside my block on the street even though I have a doorbell and am at home, or get left in a completely different address - even though my address is on Google maps and the building has a clear sign with the building name.
Recently, a courier rang my intercom and asked if this is xxx address - I said 'no, that's a completely different road and postcode'. 2 days later a parcel with that address was left outside my door. So I ended up doing Evri's job for them and delivered it to the correct address - 15 minutes drive way on the other side of town.
I have to avoid online retail companies that use Evri for deliveries.

The most laughable delivery company out there. Already had issues many, many times with Evri & nothing ever changes. The latest comical episode followed using Ezra which as a computer yielded some results likely better than the human equivalent. Someone by the name of Claire responded within 24 hours over an item that was taking days longer than it should have done to be delivered according to the initial tracking & that was according to Ezra too. My delivery options were then updated & I was informed the courier would be notified accordingly. I think everyone knows what happens next. It was delivered to the wrong address! I'll do what I can including buying elsewhere to avoid using these idiots & that would be my advice to anyone else. Evri are absolutely useless.

Honestly Evri is so unpredictable.. sometimes so fast and so good but sometimes they are useless.. I have ordered a robo hover from Ebay got lost.. the company sent an other one and got lost as well.. then I ordered an expensive duvet and guess what missing too.. I don't understand how ... impossible for them to track it down.. Just such a waste of time.. not sure if the employees are the one who are stealing or how can a package go missing in their warehouse but it's super frustrating.

You need to do better Evri..

Lazy driver dumped package just inside the main door of the block of flats I live in.
No call or buzzing me on the intercom just left it where anyone could have taken it.
There is an address label on the delivery for a reason and that is to tell the delivery person where to deliver it.
This isn't the first delivery I have had problems with from Evri, before Christmas a package was left outside the block next door to the one I live in, in the pouring rain.
Are Evri drivers illiterate?
Do Evri really care about what happens to packages they are charged with delivering safely to customers?
Because going by my latest experiences the answer is a resounding NO!

The reply below reads just like the one I got for the other delivery I mention from last year.

I am signed up to receive a text message when my goods are being delivered and I did not get one. Tracking my order did not say anything about delivery and when it was delivered we just heard the doorbell ringing and the parcel was on the doorstep. How did the driver know if we were in the house that is the reasons many parcels get stolen.

Never had a issue with delivery drivers until today. Van rocks up he jumps out like a man on a mission and knocking on my door? sounded more like a police raid.

All my dad asked was did he have to knock that loud and the driver responded with vile abuse and told us he's blocked us from Evri.

Whole thing is on CCTV anyway and been reported. Support team is pathetic! want to speak to a human not a robot? yeah good luck with that, more chance of winning lottery.

Pay for next day or two day delivery.. yet parcels take 7+ days to arrive. Literally every time. There is one delivery driver for our whole town.. whom works part time hours. This has been the same for about a year now.

Where possibly I do my best to AVOID choosing evri as delivery courier however sometimes evri is the only option given .

Tried on multiple occasions to contact evri regarding this matter. Just as most people in my town have. Impossible to speak to a human just bots. Complaints are ignored and the same poor level of service is continued.

Attached my most recent parcel tracking that still hasn’t been delivered so evri can verify this review as true. But this is not exclusive to one parcel it’s every.

Good to see that evri are getting their act together and have vastly improved over the last year or so.
Our deliveries are actually getting to us on time and their drivers are following our delivery instructions to the letter.
Keep up the good work.

The only good thing I can say about them is, they once held one of my packages for so long that Amazon refunded it, then they delivered it the next day. They'd had it for 2 weeks...
