Delivery between Hull and Leeds is taking them 5 days and on day 5 is either lost or I don’t know anymore as showing - sent back to sender - with no reason. What a joke of a service. Trying to contact them but neither phone nor live chat have actual agent on them, it’s just AI chat. Absolutely terrible

I had a frustrating experience with Evri regarding a recent delivery. I was eagerly awaiting a parcel, but the delivery driver failed to show up, claiming that there were several attempts made to deliver it. However, I was home the entire time, waiting patiently. In fact, I even asked the clothing store next door, Tamara Boutique, if they could collect the parcel for me, anticipating the delivery.

Despite my proactive measures, the driver did not make contact or reach out in any way. I left a large note on my door, clearly indicating my address (106) and providing instructions, yet there was still no effort made by the driver to deliver the item or communicate with me. It seems that the Evri driver lacked a proper understanding of the area and did not make any attempts to contact me, the parcel recipient, during the delivery process.

Overall, this experience with Evri has been very disappointing, and I hope they can improve their communication and delivery practices in the future.

Another example of why people and firms should NEVER use Evri! My wife and I ordered an expensive product from John Lewis. The delivery person didn’t have the nouce or the common sense to ring our door bell. Instead left our parcel out in the rain OVERNIGHT , which we only found the next morning. If I could give zero stars I would.

Time and time again I give Evri (formerly Hermes) another chance and each and every single time I am left feeling like an utter fool for thinking that something wouldn't get lost or delayed, for thinking that perhaps - just perhaps - this time would be different. It never ever is. Whatever it may be, big or small, fat or thin, it will always get lost, or it will arrive days after it was meant to. There is only one thing going for Evri and that is they're comparatively cheap. Essentially they are the perfect definition of "you get what you pay for". Disappointment or inconvenience every single time, consistent at least.

This company is still the worst in everything. Nothing has improved so far. Late deliveries, time lost, and many of my parcels have never been delivered to my step door. They just go inside n throw it somewhere in the entrance building.

If you contact to ask where your parcel is, the customer service is worse than the courier itself they will say is being scanned in the right address n that will be their strong evidence nothing more to add. This company is going nowhere in the right directions. Yesterday, I waited to meet the delivery guy to talk to him face to face and explain everything, but all he said call the customer service, as if he really doesn’t care about what he’s doing.

I can’t trust this company anymore now n I have to change all my deliveries to a chosen place to go and pick them up. It’s the safest way with this company and their stuffs.

Later on will contact u to make u feel they care n value ur service but all of that is just a show but no actions in reality 👎🏼👎🏼

EVRI - 7th DAY of ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE.

EVRI have been trying to deliver my parcel the last 7 days. Each day they say (via the App) that my parcel will arrive that day, generally between 5pm-7pm (sometimes 5pm-9pm). Then for no apparent reason, they are a no show. No one turns up, no one attempts to deliver and there is no notification until the following day, when they promise to deliver it once again.

In case anyone from EVRI is reading this, the 16 digit delivery tracking number is below - please reach out to me if you can be bothered.

So a parcel that was on a 2-day delivery service, it now moving towards 8 failed days and who knows where it will end.

EVRI are the worst, of the worst, of the worst delivery company I have ever experienced.

I NOW FIRMLY BELIEVE THEY HAVE lost, let it be stolen, misplaced or just disappeared. THEY SIMPLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DONT SEEM TO CARE.

I have also tried to contact Customer Services, and it is probably easier to get through to the Pope.

The automated automated BOT in their phone system is also next to useless. It seems they don't want to do a good job at anything. In my experience, and certainly in my area, EVRI could not run a bath, let alone run a delivery company. Pedigree rubbish. AND EVEN TRYING TO CONTACT ME TO HELP FIX THE PROBLEM THEY HAVE CREATED. LAZY FOOLS.

Where I can, I will NEVER use EVRI AGAIN.

I have the Evri app in which I have my safe place recorded to leave parcels in garden shed if no one in. On multiple times my parcels are left outside my gate with no attempt to check if anyone is in or leave in safe place. Terrible service, what's the point of asking where to leave parcels if the drivers don't bother to follow the instructions.

Ten minutes after delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow( today). Now it’s 22:00 awaiting all day for my package and no response, no tracking available and no update on website. Absolutely pathetic company. Why all these retailers use their products? They paid lowest rates to their drivers and this is what they have…

Evri has lost 2 parcels in the past three months. It is utterly impossible to make a claim. Ebay stepped in and gave me a direct claim form. Evri's bot changes the 1st two characters and prevents you from advancing. They have sent over 40 emails saying they're really sorry they lost it and then, when prompted, give a link to the website where there is no possibility of making a claim. I donot think they should be in business and have written to the CEO. No reply
