I understand that the world is moving toward automation and that AI-driven support is the new industry standard. However, automation should be a bridge to a solution, not a wall to hide behind.

I have spent a significant amount of time trying to have a simple, two-minute conversation with a human being to resolve my issue. Instead, I’ve been trapped in a loop with a bot that lacks the nuance to understand my specific problem.

My feedback to Evri is simple: If you want to be a tech-forward company, make sure your tech actually serves the customer. When a customer has exhausted every automated path, there must be an easy, transparent way to speak to a person.

The current "Silly Bot" system isn't saving time; it's burning through customer goodwill. Be better, Evri. Fix the bot, or better yet, give us back the human connection when it actually matters.

I have never had any issues with my Evri deliveries. I get a notification when it's going to arrive, and it usually arrives within the timeslot. The driver is always polite and friendly.

I ordered a set of prescription contacts meant to last me 3 months. My flat reception recieved the package from Evri half opened. I then looked inside and found both boxes for my contacts competely gone as well as some other supplies I payed for. I tried multiple times to call customer service but was only met with an unhelpful answer machine. I then sent over a message alerting them of the situation. They then confirmed recieving the complaint and said they would look into it and proceeded to do nothing. I was waiting and trying to get in touch for over a month and was then essentially told to go away by the answer machine. I couldn't afford to get another set and was travelling at the time so I had to use my old out of date ones which are an infection risk. Will never use this company again. NEVER trust them with your precribed items.

The package wasn't delivered. I filed a complaint, but nothing. Zero response. Several families live in my building, and this isn't an isolated incident. It's the delivery guy's fault. Moreover, all you have to do is visit their website and it turns out there's no way to claim compensation. They're a bunch of thieves.

Every single parcel sent with this criminal gang arrived having been slit open and resealed with brown tape, clear evidence that the contents are being appraised and assessed to see if they were worth "losing".
This is not a courier company, it is an organised mail-theft ring.
I will not accept any parcel sent with Evri, because there is no guarantee that the contents of the parcel I receive are the same as the contents which were sent by the retailer.
Needless to say, Evri does not check the criminal records of potential drivers, because that would doubtless reduce the size of the available workforce by a substantial margin.
I will never shop with any company which inflicts this awful company on its customers and any parcel sent to my home with these thieves is refused, on the rare occasion that the thugs actually wait for someone to answer the door, instead of just throwing the parcel on the doorstep and scurrying away like the vermin they are.

First I was home and second it's no abstraction what so ever. I had a look in my bell camera recording and no any Evri delivery has been. So they are a liars. Worst delivery company ever. Thats not the first time they have been liying. I ame very disappointed 😞

Delivery between Hull and Leeds is taking them 5 days and on day 5 is either lost or I don’t know anymore as showing - sent back to sender - with no reason. What a joke of a service. Trying to contact them but neither phone nor live chat have actual agent on them, it’s just AI chat. Absolutely terrible
