All parcels are left on the doorstep in the open for all to see in the pouring rain. They cant even follow simple instructions to leave parcels in the large plastic keter box to at least keep them out of the weather. I have a camera covering the door and the parcels are literally thrown at the door then they leave. He never attempts to ring the doorbell or knock at the door.
Im at the stage now where if Evri is the delivery option I'll go elsewhere or choose a different postage option.
They just don't care. Its not even worth contacting them because they just give you a scripted meaningless reply.
Dreadful.
Evri lost my parcel 2 months ago and I've waited 25 working days for vinted to refund my money. Now again they've lost another parcel which I was expecting 2 weeks ago. After complaining Evri had sent me a message saying my parcel has been lost and asked me to contact vinted.Obviously my parcels had been stolen
Delivery driver took a picture of my parcel at a downstairs door and then picked it up and Thrw the parcel onto a ledge outside my door. This company is a company to try and avoid at all costs. Horrible.
I asked over doorbell to put in grey box at back, we got halfway there it was on top of it but it got wet as was a drizzly rainy day so the bag was soaked through as was a paper bag packet !
When EVRI delivered using their own staff the service was like clockwork and on par with The Royal Mail, but sadly these days are long gone. EVRI now seem to only use sub-contractors who don’t know the area and don’t care if the parcel is delivered or not. EVRI have no interest in delivering to a rural location as approx. 3 weeks at ‘out for delivery’ stage is an absolute disgrace. They lie on the tracking and when you try and complain you get a cut and paste response from a bot which meets Ofcom’s so-called rules. If Ofcom has any interest in protecting customers, then EVRIs licence would be revoked but it is clear that Ofcom are wholly coopted and will not assist customers at all. From their website “Ofcom rules mean that parcel delivery companies like Amazon Logistics, DPD, DHL, Evri, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and Yodel, must have a complaints procedure you can follow. If you have a complaint about one of these companies, please contact their customer services team. If you remain unhappy with the company’s response to your complaint, you should seek independent legal advice.” So, F*** Off we’re not interested is now Ofcom’s official policy.
Had an email to say attempted delivery, absolute bullshit my son was home all day an my home is camera protected, I live in a small close an everi have NOT attempted a delivery,
A farcical situation arose last week and the week before, where Evri set delivery dates on three occasions - 22nd, 27th and 30th January, resulting in me taking time off and waiting at home but delivery was not made on any occasion, their tracking was not functioning and I was getting conflicting messages saying the parcel was too big for their transport (90x40cms) or that the parcel had been returned to the supplier (Wayfair). I ended up having to cancel this "next day delivery" order. I will be avoiding both Evri and Wayfair in the future.
This is the last time I use your company, 2 out of 5 parcels im receiving, absolutely shocking. From now on royal mail only im done with these thieving companys
Im trying to run a business and im losing using EVRI 😡😤
Appalling company courier delivered to completely wrong address and i havent recieved my parcel as cant be located !!! Evri just tell lies saying investigating not a thing been done and they just reply saying contact seller !!! Its largescale corruption run by thieves who employeee thieves to suppoasbly deliver and then steal peoples possesions !! Avoid at all cost !!!
I can not fault the people who deliver our parcels, they are all great! My issue is Evri misplacing some of them. Ive had 3 parcels misplaced in 4 weeks, I check my Evri app and they have received my parcel, tell me they will Inform me when they are out for delivery...then they loss them before delivery has even been attempted. I have to contact the company Ive bought off to re send my orders. Where are all these parcels going to? I cant be the only one who's stuff is getting lost.
