Alex, at the Express Oil Change on Derita Rd in Concord, NC IS AMAZING at his job. I came into the shop with a rather tricky situation with my vehicle and he walked me through exactly what could be done, explained every option, and every step along the way. He was extremely patient and kind when explaining things that I didn’t quite understand when it came to my vehicle and he didn’t mind explaining proper car maintenance to me as well. I have found a new home for all my oil change/car needs, and will be asking for Alex as my service tech every time. Thanks Alex!
It started in February after thinking I only needed brakes, I ended up getting my tie rods replaced, tire rotation, balance and brakes replaced, in addition to a few other things done. Other than the tire rotatio and balance, nothing else was don to standard. I made four additional trips to them giving them an opportunity to correct their mistakes but it never was done to standard. After spending over $2K, I ended up going to the dealership and spending another $1K to correct ther mistakes. The absolute worse automotive experience I've had in the 40 years that I've owned a car.
