I took both my truck and car to have an oil change done and had the best service. Very fast and very nice people work at this location. I will recommend this location to anyone that asks where to get an oil change. I will also go to this location every single time I need an oil change.
This company is well organized, and managed! The work is clean, fast, and accurate! Sunshine did a great job communicating, and making sure all the fluids were at the correct level as well, checking all bulbs turn signals etc. Very friendly! Highly recommended! Ask for Kohner!
Sarah and Ben were super helpful in getting my car back on the road. I was driving from Florida to Colorado in my (new) used car when my alternator and idler pulley started making a funny noise. They dishonored and fixed in under two hours. Super impressed with the diagnostic check only being $20.
I went to the rincon, ga location today with an unexpected tire issue. I use my vehicle to transport high end clients and found I had a screw in my tire. The staff (ms. King), Kevin, and their two technicians jumped to help me even though all their bays were full.Often we hear people say customer service is dead, but they obviously haven’t visited this location. I provide high end service and expect the same as a customer. I was not disappointed.All locations should use the model this store is using and emulate its processes and procedures. Whatever they are doing to maintain a high level of motivation for their employees is next level.
I recently had an excellent experience at the Express Oil Change off University Parkway. The crew—Joe, Seth, Eddie, and Ty—were all professional and made the whole service process seamless. From the moment I pulled in, they communicated clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. Not only did they take care of my oil change efficiently, but they also provided a thorough inspection of my car and gave me a detailed list of recommendations for future maintenance. It’s rare to find such a knowledgeable and friendly team that really takes the time to explain things. I highly recommend this location for any car services and will definitely be returning in the future!
Brandon and the team are fantastic. Came for an oil change. Also decided to change my filter when there for air— I like to every 6 months . They noticed my belt was cracking and offered to show me, I always rather be safe since I travel often so I replaced. Very reasonable cost with labor. They also gave me complimentary check on all parts. They topped my fluids, noticed I was possibly leaking coolant. They did a pressure test to be sure, and it ended up a cold leak so I just need to keep an eye. They don’t even charge me for the test! I was so happy! It’s so nice to know I have mechanics I can trust. So happy to have found you guys!
