*****First and foremost, I would like to pay homage to ALL of the Auto Industry Experts working at Express Oil and Tire Change at location: 851 1st Street North, Alabaster, AL (Felix, Sean, Colton, Landan, and Curtis,etc). During these unprecedented times, it is very hard to find a group of honest, caring and skilled auto technicians! *****This location is BAR NONE!!!!Initially, I called around and screened several other auto repair shops in Shelby County;---however, I was not impressed UNTIL----I called this location and spoke to Mr. Felix (The Store Manager). He was very kind, professional, an active listener, and he empathized as he built rapport and confidently assured me that they could expeditiously provide the auto service and customer care that I needed immediately!*****In addition, I was very pleased to learn that Mr. Felix (The store manager) is a US Military Veteran!***** :) With all being said, I was convinced! Sooooo, I took my car there the same day. Upon arrival, I was cheerfully greeted by everyone within sight. That made me feel seen and very safe.*****In ending, I would like to say that they did an amazing job on my vehicle! ---- Sean (The Auto Mechanic) is truly a Master Auto Technician!*****The SYNERGY between the entire staff is GREAT! Therefore, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the EXEMPLARY and AFFORDABLE auto service provided.*****I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this TOP-NOTCH location. Lastly, this location---- has a relaxing lobby area with complimentary coffee, plus VERY clean restrooms for their customers. *****Anyone searching for a "TRUSTED" AUTO REPAIR SHOP----Don't hesitate. Ethan did a great job while getting an oil change for an older Honda Accord. He checked things before I asked for it and even took care of corroded battery terminal before I had a chance to mention it. Met the new manager of Horn Lake store and felt really good about continuing to take my car there. Been a customer for years but it appears the Horn Lake crew is only getting better.
