My wife went to the express oil change located at 945 Husk Box Way, in the Augusta, Ga area today, 081624, for an oil change. She sat in line behind a vehicle getting service for more than an oil change for over one hour while cars in another bay kept arriving and leaving. The employees never made any attempt to have my wife attended to. Once she was finally finished, the employee never inquired or gave her a chance to inform them of the veteran’s discount nor did they replace the service sticker. This is not the type of customer service we have become accustomed to at Express Oil Change and makes me think twice about recommending them.
This is my 2nd review for Express Oil Change on Moreland Ave in Atlanta. The customer service is absolutely the best! I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me as a woman. I had a beautiful young lady Kiya as a Tech to change my oil. I was sooo impressed with her! She was very professional and knowledgeable about her job. Big shout out to ALONZO AND SHAQ for the excellent customer care and service. My old 2017 Ford Escape rode out of there like a champ! Thanks again, Everyone!
Driving my elderly mother’s car, we experienced a sudden loud sound and severe vibration. Express Oil Change was the closest shop so we took it in. Josh, the tech was able to resolve the issue for less than $20 when he could have easily told us that we needed to replace our brakes. We were on our way very quickly. The honesty and efficiency Josh showed are rare and because of that I fully give my recommendation to the Express Oil Change in Cedar Park, Texas. Thanks again for your honesty.
