Wayne at the Koger center location has been wonderful. I came early a few weeks ago and they were able to change my oil and inspect the vehicle without an appointment. I made an appointment yesterday for today to get another vehicle inspected. The first vehicle had the tag lights out and they changed them with only charging for the bulb no labor. Today the other vehicle had no issues. I can get my inspections for free but I would rather pay a little to come here instead of going to the dealership. This is definitely a place I will always come to. They are welcoming, polite, & helpful. Thanks Wayne and crew!!
Been to this location a few times and always had good service but today my tech keisha explained to me that my fuel injectors definitely needed cleaning. Although i usually decline any upsells she explained the difference it would make without trying to over sell it. I decided to take her advice and get the service done. What a difference it made. This little noise my car made when i used to accelerate is gone and just overall can see a huge difference in my cars performance. She gave me a great deal and was overall was a great interaction with a very knowledgeable tech. I never leave reviews like this but felt Keisha deserved some credit for just making my visit memorable. Thanks girl, you made my day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Alex was amazing.He was super thorough, actually checked all of my fluids. Educated me in a way that was neither condescending nor pushy and was just generally a pleasure to interact with. If I knew for fact I could use him every time this place would get every appointment.
I'm NOT a happy mom. My teen daughter just left one of the 2 locations in Tupelo. She went by after work at the location nearest to her work because she noticed an oil leak. The oil was changed at the other location last month but has only been driven a few times since then. Her car is leaking because the plug was not put in and they told her to go back to the original locale to get them to put in the plug. This was near closing time and she didn't have time to get to the original store. Why send a kid off leaking oil?
Horrible experience with an State Inspection and fail for the reason that my car had a power steering leak, and OBD2 plug cannot be located (whatever that means). For 35 years of getting a vehicle inspection this was the first time i ever heard that! Went down road i got inspected with no problem. That is the problem with these quick oil change places, they are just looking to rip folks off for business.
Today I had to get new tires for my Ford F150, and I went to Express Oil Change Howell Mill Atlanta. The service started in the parking lot as I pulled in. Two (2) separate individuals greeted me and were happy and anxious to make my visit pain-free. Of special recognition was Albert the assistant manager, who personally focused on my problem and devised an excellent solution. He solved my issues, upsold me and I was very happy to have his service. Possibly he should be the manager for his interactions with everyone around him were great.
