Kelley @ the BA location on Kenosha was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly, & alerted me to the fact that my air filter needed replaced. What I liked about the way she went about it was not pushy she simply stated that it was the only thing she seen that concerned her & I might want to get it taken care of soon she showed it to me & it was completely black & gunked up so I told her go and ahead & replace it also thanks for looking over everything thoroughly for me. I'm from out of town & only stopped there because my regular guy was on vacation but Kelley's service was above & beyond wonderful I would drive 30 minutes just to receive her top tier service again! Thanks again Kelley you made my day!!!!
The ac machine broke down twice. I spent way too long waiting at the shop (twice!) But Shawn made it right by finishing the AC job free of charge. This even over a week later and the paper work was gone...ok Shawn I admire your honesty and wish I never said otherwise
I was given a quote for 1200.00 to fix my brakes roters and caliper. Why within the quote i was priced 147.00 for saltspray CA Prop 65 is beyond me because i live in alabama not california. This company tryed to penny gouge me. If you want real car service call Pinnacle Automotive. They are a new company that only quoted me 647 to fix the same problem. So make sure you read the fine print and ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion. And i dont need a company reply. I will never come there again. Even if it was free
I normally go to the forum drive location for an oil change but I took my truck to them for an inspection and once they told me what was wrong with my vehicle they were suppose to reach out to my warranty company to start a claim to get the service covered.... the new management there did absolutely NOTHING but give me the run around. I received more feedback from one of the crew members Jay whom I greatly appreciate!! I ended up picking up my vehicle and taking it to the actual dealership to get repaired. I would not recommend ever bringing your vehicle here to get it repaired!! Giving very much incompetent!!!
I needed to have something checked on my cars brakes - The guy who took care of my car was friendly, professional and took the time to clearly explain to me what the problem was an possible solutions -I felt I received good customer service in a timely manner.I would highly recommend them and would use their business again.
