So, initially there is was a miscommunication in repairing my frame and inquiring about changing the lenses for a newer prescription. Emma, was super helpful and accountable in making this right with me even if she was not the initial person I spoke with. She went above and beyond her ability to make this right. Do not send these people your glasses. They were unable to fix the scratches in my lenses and will make you pay for work they didn’t do and charge you outrageous shipping fees, threaten to throw your glasses out and hold your glasses hostage if you don’t pay up.

I was looking of the pair of glasses I own, and which of course, because they´re an old model, no longer exist, but EyeglassesDepot had them :) They were very responsive and followed-up with me throughout the complete course of the order fullfilment.
