I was billed by this company as listed on my credit card statement even though I contracted and paid for eyeglass repair work completed 5/9/17 through Opticsfast.com. Please refer to my review there for my actual service complaint. I received no service receipt from this company or Opticsfast and now am in process of trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company since Eyeglasses Depot did not perform nor was contracted to do the actual repair job. The merchant response to my credit card dispute was from Eyeglasses Depot as well, thus complicating the matter I have had with Opticsfast. I highly recommend NOT doing any type of business with this company or Opticsfast due to my negative experiences with both companies.

I prefer to wear rimless, very light colored lens sunglasses, which are hard to find so, I am always looking for my next pair of sunglasses. I was able to locate my absolute favorite (past season) Gucci sunglasses at an unheard of price. In fact, I bought 3 pairs due the salespersons willingness to work with me - Tina S. went out of her way to assist. The shipment went out on Tuesday and I received it by Priority Mail on Wednesday. (Luckily, I worked from home that day, as I needed to sign for it.) Thank you very much, Tina you are the best and I will be EyeglassesDepot faithful customer! Warmest regards, Jude
