They would have gotten 5 stars from me, but there was a little miscommunication at the beginning and I felt like there was some attitude at first after I asked about my shipping order . After everything got worked out, the service ended up being good. It took about 4 weeks to get my Meta glasses fixed, which isn’t bad for that kind of repair. The price was great and my glasses came back working like new. I would shop with them again.

They are liars they want me to pay them for my lost glasses they offering old gucci glasses with no lenses they are crooked with no remorse according to law they are responsible to replace my sunglasses at no cost they want to damage me more by paying me them another 250$ for my own lost glasses never trust this scammee
RUN AWAY! Absolutely terrible products and service. Not only were the glasses dirty used junk, the lenses were impossible to see out of.. I was harassed, bullied, degraded, told to go to therapy... instead I'm reporting all of this to the FBI cybercrimes unit, which this company is very familiar with.. Do a credit dispute asap, then get a new card and make sure you report them to your bank to prevent more fraud. He recharged my acount out of anger for my dispute. Called, texted and emailed me after I begged him to stop over and over.
