No business operates with perfection, how they deal with unexpected issues is what is telling. Two separate issues came up in my order, and both were dealt with appropriately, and with honest professionalism. I appreciated that so much, especially during these crazy times with Trump's nonsense. We in Canada know how the few can negatively impact the many. Empathy, consideration and above all fairness is what we need to hang unto, even in our business transactions.

I sent them my Maui Jim's in the hard case for a nose piece repair as I'd done directly with MJ a couple times before. Apparently, there's fine print somewhere saying not to do that since the technicians might throw the case away. Mind boggling, but true. They apparently can't keep track of what customers send in or it's too hard to keep cases with the glasses so they just throw the cases away?!? I've traded a couple emails with them and all they do is refer to the "company policy". Oh, and they also put a brown nose piece replacement on my black sunglasses. Horrible service and no concern whatever with customer dissatisfaction. Seems like one and done with them. Unless they change their tune with my last email response to theirs, I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
