Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Took days of emails to get return info. In addition to a 45 min online chat. You need to contact them for return form. I was 2 calendar days late on the 30 day policy. They would not accept return. Took 7 days just to contact them. So many other vendors that are easier to use.

Poor Quality

Purchased a Wisconsin Badgers customized name and number jersey for $125. "W" on chest was applied off center. Number on back peeling after 1st wash. Expected better for the money, but I guess $125 doesn't get you much nowadays.

Seriously the worst shipping ever

Seriously the worst shipping ever. Item was shipped by Fedex from Florida to NC on Nov. 8 and expected delivery is Nov. 19? Thank God I ordered so early for Christmas! You can order elsewhere for much quicker shipping!

Never buy from FansEdge

I bought my husband a travel golf bag about 6 weeks ago and he used it on a trip to NY. The kick stand on the travel bagworked at first but after a few days of use it doesn't work anymore.I attempted to process an exchange at Fans edge and they denied it saying it was more than 30 days from my date ofpurchase. I can understand a 30 day limit if I didn't want the bag but this is a manufacturers defect and I should be able toget a replacement bag.Customer service flat out denied the claim without any assistance in trying to get a new bag from the manufacturer. I wouldnot buy anything from this site.

Don’t ever order from…

Don’t ever order from fansedge.com...learn from my experience!I ordered a long sleeve Minnesota T-shirt that cost $24.99. I did’t realize that shipping was an additional $14.99 and i would be charged $9.99 to return it. If i do return it I’ll be getting back a whopping $7.50 from the total i spent ($32.48). Total rip off!!! In addition the quality of the shirt was poor!

No Refund 10 minutes after Order

Ordered on 11/06/19 selecting 3-7 days shipping. I received an email immediately after saying it would be delivered 11/20/19. I contacted them within 10 minutes of my order to try and cancel. They said they would not cancel the order. Do not trust this site. They trick customers with incorrect shipping dates.
