Hi, I was a fan of Fanatics & Fansedge until they they deny my credit card today at 3 Oclock this morning 11/01/2019 when I was trying to purchase two items of LSU gears. & they completely diss me so I don't have anything to with this LAME company. Sorry, you lost me completely plus I found a very legitimate Company that takes care of the same thing that you offer & no question ask & the prices are not as high they are a little reasonable. Bye, Fansedge you honestly lost me for good. U can have your precious clothing & this how you treat people no thanks. M
Absolute terrible company. Ordered a Jersey that said would be shipped Nov 1st with 2 day shipping. Then got an email saying it'll be shipped the 4th and be received the 14th of November. I then tried to cancel the order but they would not allow me to. They told me I need to wait until I receive the item, then return it. I had to pay $10 for the shipping label back. They are one of the most deceptive, disgusting, and outright unethical businesses I've seen in a while.
very disappointed in ordering through Fansedge,was a vender order through them, needed to cancel within the hour of placing order and reorder in a week, they wouldnt let me do that I will no longer order through this company, was given the run around by customer service,
I posted a review I have deleted. My items were delivered today, like they are suppose to. Spirit jersey fits perfectly. The shoes I have to send back, I didn't notice they are men's, so they are too big for me. So glad I was able to find a spirit jersey in my size. Thanks Fans edge!!!!
I ordered a product from this company. Worse decision ever. Almost 2 weeks after ordering, I received a email stating they wouldn't ship to my PO BOX. I was expecting my product by now. I switched to my physical address and that's when the real nightmare began. 4-5 days later, I received a email stating my ordered was delivered. Once I tracked it, I stated my order was signed for by someone from a completely different address. I reached out to customer service the next day. They told me that my order was returned back to them. They said it would take 10 business day to receive my return, another 10 business to process my return back into their system and then another 7 business days for me to receive my refund...WTH, that's 27 business days for a refund. I wanted my product not a refund. Funny thing is, there's 4 adults in my house and we work different shifts. There's someone at my place 24/7. Seems like if this company scams just a few people out of even a small amount, they'll be rich for providing nothing but false hope...I wish I could have given them 0 stars!!
Absolutely terrible service and now I am stuck in no man's land with no order and without my money! Completed my purchase through paypal because that is what is suggested. Never gave me a chance to edit my shipping address at all and my apt number was not attached. I noticed this on my confirmation email. They proceeded to tell me that I had to call this bogus shipping company they use called lazer shipping, which took an hour to get a hold of them just for them to tell me that Fansedge had to be the ones to contact them to add the apartment number... Called Fansedge back after a long hold again and spoke to a supervisor who basically did absolutely nothing for me and told me I wouldn't be getting my order and wouldn't even be receiving a refund for more than 2 weeks. If Fansedge sees this give me my money back now. Do not ever use this company.
Shipping timeframe is not what is stated while ordering. I ordered a Jersey hoping to have it within 1-2 weeks. I received an email confirmation that it would not even ship for 2 weeks with 2 weeks shipping time (4 total weeks). I no longer need the product at that time. I immediately attempted to cancel the order any way I could. I called and the line went silent. I tried emailing, but there is no contact email. I tried live chat but it was busy. I finally was able to get in touch with someone 36 hours after placing my order. They would not cancel nor refund my order claiming it was too far along in processing... As far as I can tell, it isn't processed at all. It won't even ship for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous and a scam. Horrible service. If the product quality is similar to the service, I am terrified for my order
Beware!! They will not accept items for return and also will take weeks to get the order to you in the first place I called customer service in India of course they refused to help me with my return I have reported them to PayPal for violation of their terms of service do not order anything from Fans Edge
